The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, but the only problem that we encountered was the elevator was out of oder for all three days. Taking luggage up four floors it’s not fun. Otherwise, the hotel is in a very good location.

We arrived by train and then took the metro to Sol Station. The metro stop is very close to the hotel. However when we got there, we discovered a very tiny elevator that wasn't working. We contacted someone via WhatsApp and she stated tgat the elevator gets stuck on the 5th floor very frequently. So my poor boyfriend had to haul himself up 5 flights of stairs to close the elevator door so it would come down for us. It was almost 100° and we were exhausted from our travels. So this wasn't the best welcome. Once the elevator came down only 1 person was allowed in. So my boyfriend had to walk back up to the 3rd floor. Once on the 3rd floor, we were able to use the code to get into our room. That was quick and easy. The room looked as described and pictured. The floors were dirty though...so the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. But the AC worked very well and the shower was nice. One other thing to mention is that there was no blanket. The first night we slept with just a sheet. In the morning I asked about a blanket and they said it was stired under the bed. So that was a little odd. Overall, the staff was friendly and the hotel was very centrally located...just be prepared to walk up and down a lot of stairs if you stay here.

Location location location!!! So close to metro and plaza central! Big plus! The tiny window patio was fun to look out over the plaza. Fun pics! Negatively- late night events and outdoor music events made for noisy outside and hard to sleep some nights. My kids did not like that we had to go through their bedroom to get to the bathroom when they wanted to sleep and we got up first, but we dealt with it. Elevator was crazy slow! Only used it to bring luggage up to fourth floor and down. Otherwise we always used the stairs.

it was unexpected being on the third floor, but it was a pleasant surprise! So convenient to everything and once you get past, the one person elevator or the three flights of stairs, it was a cute boutique hotel. The staff was excellent in communicating check-in procedures.

The room was nicely updated and clean. The staff was very helpful. The location was excellent. The only drawback was that the rooms were on the 3rd and 4th floors, and the elevator accommodated only one person at a time.

Woohoo have the 3rd and 4th floors in a five storey building, the room and staff were excellent, only thing requiring an upgrade is the very outdated lift (only 1 person allowed at a time).

The property was clean, simple, and really nice. The staff were very helpful and nice. The location was excellent with access to everything you can possibly imagine. Public transit was right in the front and many places were walkable. I read a lot of complaints about the elevator, but it was a non-issue for us. Yes, it’s small and can only fit two people at a time, but I would not consider this a problem at all unless you travel with really big suitcases (we don’t). The location and staff more than made up for any other issues. I would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended property in the heart of everything.

Misleading Hotel & Poor Customer Support

This hotel is not suitable for families with young children and does not match its advertised services. They claim 24/7 support, but reception closes at midnight, which I was only informed of after booking. Their online check-in never worked, wasting time before arrival. The elevator is too small for a stroller, making access inconvenient for anyone with a baby. Since the hotel is on the fourth floor of a walk-up, luggage and strollers must be sent up separately while someone walks up to retrieve them—something they never disclose upfront. The room is much smaller than advertised, barely fitting standard family luggage. Despite not offering a crib, they expect guests traveling with an infant to manage in an impractically small space. The room is not functional: The fridge barely cools, making it unreliable for storing anything, especially baby food or milk. Only one electrical outlet is accessible, which became blocked when setting up a playpen. The closet doesn’t fully open due to the AC unit. The stroller could only fit at an angle, blocking bathroom access. We had to store the desk chair in the shower for space. Customer service was unhelpful, sticking to a script rather than problem-solving. If you need accessibility, support, or a family-friendly setup, avoid this hotel.

Desde luego muy muy bien ubicado. A menos de un minuto del metro de Sol . Cerca de tiendas de conveniencia, restaurantes, comida etc. La única pega que yo podría tener era que después de ducharnos, el baño queda mojado, y no puedes entrar con calcetines. Dado que la ducha no tiene mampara es completamente abierto.
