Compact, clean, no windows, poor check-in process
Very small, compact, very clean, no windows so can be stuffy, no shelves/racks/closet or coat hangers, so had to live out of suitcase on floor, we don’t understand this as there are plenty of ways to be creative with storage. Direct entrance from street, no security door, noisy from street but quiets late evening. Entry lock system (Baintex) a failure. On arrival we stood outside the door on the street for 1 hour talking with the management company on the phone trying Bluetooth/ internet ways to open the door, we downloaded apps as requested and nothing worked. They finally came to meet us and then we used a real key to open and close the door. The location is a bit seedy and we were warned to be careful at night. Internet intermittently on/off. The last day there was water leaking under the sink onto the floor- reported to management company.The actual walking times are: Sophia Reina/ Thyssen- 20 minute walk, Prado/ Plaza Mejor-30 minute walk, Airport- 30 minute drive.
