Kitchen was adequately equipped and very spacious apartment, check-in was easy! This is a perfect place to stay as there are metro stops close by and multiple restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I liked the house, really made a home for my family and me during our stay in Madrid. We liked the neighborhood and it’s surroundings. The only issue was the hot water to shower, but nothing that couldn’t be resolve. Thank you.

I loved that it was spacious and was well equipped. The thing that I would improve is the windows because you could hear the noise from voices and cars from outside. Besides that, everything was excellent.

Great host. Also when we got there before going into the building we were little worried is it going to be noisy at night. This is important because we have 4 young kids. However it was very quiet and we slept very well.

Great stay at Uma apartment

Really great apartment for our family of four (with two teens) for our 4 day stay. Lots of space to spread out. Very modern with nice updated bathrooms and kitchen. We appreciated the laundry machine since this was part of a longer trip. Nice rooftop view from bedroom balcony. Very quiet building and felt very safe. Easy to enter building and room with provided phone app/site. Not a whole lot of restaurants nearby, but several close grocery/convenience stores in the area. About a ten minute walk to the subway station or bus stop at O’Donnell which you can take to get closer to the city center. Given that time/distance, we generally stayed out all day/evening.

Necesitan chequear las dos puertas del 2.1 q dan de la habitacion a la calle.Al abrirlas para ver la calle note q las visagras de arriba estaban sueltas y la puerta es pesada y por poco me cae arriba.Gracias a Dios mi hija no intento abrir ninguna de las dos.Eso les puede generar una demanda si a algun inquilino les pasa algo por favor revisar.2-Considero q la la limpieza mas importante en cualquier lugar de paso es el ban̈o.El aseo,bater o toilet tenia manchas de orine en la parte de atras de la tapa y apestaba,como q un hombre orino de pie y no se limpio.Y todo el borde exterior de la ducha lleno de moho y suciedad.Por favor reafirmar limpieza q bastante caro cobran el fee o tarifa.Por el resto el lugar en buena ubicacion,cerca del centro y ambiente agradable.Para el q va con nin̈os hospital en frente para cualquier situacion.Consejo de parqueo siempre aparcar en el parking publico y pagar tarifa diaria de 21 euro pq en la calle aparte de escaso no tienen piedad de rallar o chocar loa coches de renta.Gracias

The first time I ever stayed in Madrid that was not in a “hotel”and this place made me feel like I was living in Madrid. I know this area well as I have friends that lived close by, if you’re are walker like me you can cover most of the city in a few hours without using the metro. Great place !
