The property was clean and good, BUT, there is no personnel on site. We had a fire alarm at 12:13 am and there was no one there to give us answers so everyone was waiting on the street, for someone to come an say something, nothing happened, no firemen, no police, nothing, had to wait until 2am for someone from the alarme services of the hotel came and turned it off and let us into the hotel again. next day, we could not go into the property because none of the codes that they gave us were working, wifi, was not working, we also had to wait outside so that someone from outside can come in and fix this, we could not get into our room. another day the same thing happened in my room with the AC had to talk through a chat so they can guide me on how to find and reset the electrical box in my room. I can do this easily because I am an engineer and can fin my way around some types of situation like this but I can't imagine my wife being alone with my kid in this room having to do this. also I had billing issues I paid through Expedia and the property charged my credit card again, and did the refund because it was an error but the euro is worth more than the dollar so I paid more and received less money. the bank obviously says this is not there problem and they say they have refunded what was charged.
