Good average except wifi quality, because does not work. Excelente situation because its near M30 and good comunications with center city or other citys. Puts you and extra bed for kids with no extra cost.
I stayed here with my family and found the staff professional, helpful and friendly. The rooms were big and clean, with all we needed. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The metro was a short walk away and it was an easy 10mins into the centre (Sol). Good solid hotel.
This mid-priced gem is conveniently located near a metro station and a Mall/Shopping center and Carrefour Superstore. The rooms are spacious and parking on the street (free) was not a problem. The M25 motorway is close by as well if you have a car. We recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a location away from the city center but still close to all the easy access sites and attractions.
A good value hotel close to a metro station with easy access into Madrid city centre. The rooms were large and cleaned daily to a very high standard. Towels changed daily. Bedrooms are large. The only thing lacking was a shelf in the bathroom which would be handy to put bottles/shaver etc on. We stayed bed and breakfast. On the weekends it was busier in the restaurant, but there was plenty to chose from for a 3* hotel. The hotel is close to a shopping centre with a large Carrefour and various other shops and cinema within the complex. Closeness to the metro station is a plus point making all of Madrid very easy to access. We stayed as a family with teenagers on a city break and found this to be an ideal stay for a very reasonable price (booked with BA holidays).
Looks older on the outside, but it's very clean and well maintained. The rooms are huge! Breakfast was decent. Reception workers were very nice and helpful. I think it's a good hotel for the price. There's also stores close by.
It is a fantastic hotel. It is very near the underground and a comercial centre but in a very quiet area, so you can access to the centre of the town in 15 minutes. People attending you are very kind and helpful. The rooms are big and clean.
The hotel is a bit far away from the city center, but there is a metro station just across the street, which compensates that. You can reach the center within 10 minutes. The area is quite quiet and pleasant. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, however, they have change the beds I supoose and the sleeping quality was excelent. The room and the bathroom are quite large and clean. The staff is polite. I am pleased with our stay in Silken Torre Garden, Madrid.
Thank you for a great time spent in Madrid and Silken Torre Garden. The hotel is well located, rooms are enough large and very clean, the staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast very good, Everyone will choose something for themselves. I will recommend this hotel!
thanks so much your excellent service ,breakfast very good.Quality rooms excellent ,location very near metro station line 2 . Near hotel it is possible find a big store center, carrefour company .Sleep quality excellent
It was a cheap hotel but neither the services or the decoration were cheap. We had a great room, with lots of space. The breakfast was pretty good, with even non gluten options. The hotel is really close to the metro station and to a supermarket, so you can buy water and some snacks for the day for a cheaper price than in the center of the city. The neighborhood seemed quiet and nice, we never saw anything odd so I guess it's a cool hotel for families with children. The only bad thing was the Wi-fi signal, was pretty bad and most of the times I had to use my data because the connection was always down.
