Pas de personnel sur place mais communication très efficace plusieurs jours avant le séjour. L’entrée dans l’immeuble et dans la chambre est très simple avec les codes donnés. Chambre propre, agréable, climatisation si besoin, literie confortable, pas de bruit. Le jour du départ une adresse de bagagerie de l’hôtel est envoyé sur demande avec code de sécurité c’était parfait.

O apartamento é perfeito para duas pessoas. O único problema do nosso é que ficou do lado da área de fumantes e nós não somos fumantes, aí o cheiro incomodou. Mas recomendo muito. É hotel de fácil acesso, não é perto, mas está bem localizado em relação a metros e ônibus

TERRORÍFICO

La entrada es con una clave tanto al edificio como a la habitación, y ninguna de las claves que nos dieron era válida. Llegamos a las 12 de la noche y entramos a las 2:30 de la madrugada en enero y con un bebé de 7 meses en la calle. No cogían el teléfono y la persona que me lo solucionó por chat tardaba mucho (supongo por el sistema). Al día siguiente me contactaron y querían ofrecerme 30 € de recompensa. Por supuesto no los acepté. La tecnología es para que sirva, no para padecer estos malos ratos.
