Good located hotel, helpful personnel, no issues with my room or anything. Rich breakfast, options from fresh juices, omelette, fruits to some sweet stuff. Everything very tasty. What would I change? Just the view from the window could be nicer :)
Visiter Madris this past October and stayed here. The staff at the front desk were very kind and patient. No one spoke English fully so my Spanglish had to be stepped up. The room was nice and cozy with snacks and beverages available in a small refrigerator for pay. The bed was nice and firm. It was very comfortable there. The water was soft and not drying and the water pressure was strong. The room was small but it was European big. I loved it. The hotel is approximately four blocks away from the Avenida de America metro station which on my way home I used to go to the airport. Getting to the hotel from the airport by taxi is a 30 euro flat rate to travel to the neighborhood where the hotel is. In using the metro to go home, I save over 25 euros and the metro ride was approximately 40 minutes total which was as long as it took in a cab due to traffic. The hotel serves food of course but I ate outside. There is a restaurant almost everywhere you look in Madrid and there are plenty near the hotel. I walked around at 2 and 3 a.m by myself and always felt safe. The neighborhood is wonderful and the hotel is great.
I stayed at this hotel for business reasons and I absolutely loved it. The room was very nice and clean, good facilities (gym), great breakfast. It was easy to arrange some conference halls at very last minute. Very easy to reach the center with the bus, which stops a few meters away from the hotel.
This hotel was perfect for my one night stay in madrid. It was close to the metro and walkable to shops and good eats. The staff were very friendly, were quick to check me in & out, and helped me print an important document free of charge. The room was a good size for 1-2 people, comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I'm lucky to return to Madrid.
Very clean and quiet with friendly, helpful staff. The location was good for getting around at night and on weekends...and only 10-20 minutes to airport depending on time of day. Breakfast buffet had fresh, healthy choices, but after the exact same offerings every day, it got a bit tired at the end of my 3-week stay.
the hotel were very good experience. the location was fantastic, very near from the awesome places. the staff was nice. They respect our resting time. the hotel was very quiet all time. go there and you'll be good
I stayed here on business and found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and with a great location close to the Metro but sufficiently off the main roads to be quiet. Rooms are decently sized and there is a fridge so that you can stock up on drinks & snacks from the local shops. The in-house restaurant does a good buffet breakfast and there is a menu of the day which is actually good quality and value. Well worth trying.
The location is great being right next to the Avenid de America metro that connects red brown and purple lines that can take you to the main places. I stayed here because of a meeting at Féria de Madrid and it was super close with one hop on purple and couple of hops on pink . The Madrid metro is amazing has so many levels and so many connections you are never too far from metro stops . Because of the meeting that attracted a lot of people the priced were jacked up and rooms in this area were at a premium so I payed 325 per night and so I stayed in a nice top floor room with balcony. The room was good size clean, comfy bed and the balcony was great .unfortunately the first night I awoke at 5 am in a terrible smell of sewage that was unbearable. After some investigation I realized The AC was bringing The smell in so I turned it off and from then on I kept the door open at night to circulate air.the smell stillcould be felt coming from the light fixtures in the ceiling but at least it was bearable. The breakfast is very good and worth the 20 bucks and the restaurant staff is very attentive
Clean, friendly and professional. The staff were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The hotel is quiet and very clean and located a couple of minutes from the metro so everything in Madrid is accessible.
We stayed at this hotel during our vacation. It was clean with all the necessary amenities. It was comfortable and the staff at the hotel were helpful. It's not close to the main attractions but the train station is close by.
