We were tourists in Madrid, and this place was perfect for us. It's an apartment with full kitchen access, and our room had a private bath (not all rooms do). Beautiful setting, quiet, great wi-fi (better than in 4 and 5-star hotels we stayed in on our tour) and excellent TV service. There's a grocery store about 4 blocks away. There is no office, so when you arrive, you have to call the manager and tell him you're there. He came in about 10 minutes, and we never saw him again, although I'm sure he would have been available by phone or text. Great place to relax if you want to check in and be left alone! We liked it. The facilities are older buildings showing some signs of wear and tear, but we are not picky about that.

El servicio del personal es terrible, reserve por emergencia pero quien atiende la línea telefónica definitivamente no debería estar ahí súper despota y grosero al final solucionaron porque expedía me iba a reubicar pero tardaron más de 5 horas en recibirme en el hospedaje, la habitación es muy pequeña no funciona el wifi y está muy sucio todo en general

Alojamiemto d'escroquerie ! Ne réservez pas là-bas

Une véritable escroquerie!!! J'appelle l'hébergement vers 15 h 40 pour annoncer mon arrivée tardive, la personne qui répond au téléphone me dit qu'il manque les pièces d'identité des occupants. Je lui demande à quel mail les envoyer, il me répond : "À l'agence, contactez-les !" Ce que je fais. Le numéro tombe directement sur la boite vocale qui est... pleine. Je rappelle le premier numéro, plus de réponse ! Boite vocale directement ! Une fois, deux fois, trois fois, quatre fois pour chaque numéro : RIEN, PERSONNE ! Je les contacte par mail, personne ne répond non plus. Nous voici, mon fils et moi, en escale à Bilbao entrain de chercher un hôtel à Madrid pour le weekend à la dernière minute. Plus personne, pas de rappel, pas de remboursement, pas de mail, ni le samedi, ni le dimanche, ni... Jamais. DES VOLEURS ! Je vais les signaler sur toute la toile et dans la presse Voila, ne réservez jamais là-bas!!!

Es una estafa. Nos arrepentimos nada más reservar tras ver todas las advertencias en sus reseñas diciendo que es un timo, y así es. No quieren atenderte por teléfono, se ríen de ti y te cuelgan. Te dejan tirado con las maletas en la puerta. Es vergonzoso

UNA GRAN ESTAFA

Una gran estafa, avice por email quellegaba nas tarde de las 1830, ya que tenia un viaje de mas de 6 horas, los llame 12 veces, nunca atendieron, la zona es muy peligrosa, estuve en la puerta del edicficio llamando por movil 9 veces, nada, tuvimos que dormir en el coche, al otro dia llame y tampoco atendirron!!, NO VALLAN SON UNOS ESTAFADORES!!!

El peor lugar para hospedarse, aparte estuve a punto de no entrar porque se hacen a los locos, que si no te enteras que el check in es hasta las 6:30 y llegas luego, fuiste, una estafa! Cuando llame me gritaron por teléfono de la peor forma, y encima me cambiaron a otra casa, es una casa hay 3 cuartos y vive el dueño ahi. No es lo que figura en las imágenes. No entiendo cómo está este alojamiento en expedia. Publicidad engañosa. Y la ubicación horrible.

There was no apartment number specified for this address. So unless a neighbor at that address hadn't told me what the assortment number was, you wouldn't know. When I asked the operator minutes before by chat and by voicemail, no answer was received. There was no-one at the main building entrance for check-in at least between 4:30pm and 5:10pm. I wasn't satisfied.
