El hotel es recomendable Todo exelente.

This hotel is too far from Madrid Center 25 minutes in taxi is 25 and mire euros Very inconvenient for tourists The hotel is in general very good

I tried to cancel an extra night that I had booked due to a memorial service in NY that was scheduled after my booking. The hotel did not allow me to cancel so I had to pay.

Everything was Wonderful...Hotel was centrally located between Downtown Madrid & The Barajas Airport....

Very clean, convenient location, very friendly staff

This property had positives and negatives. The positives are that it has a free shuttle to the airport and the airport is close, if you need to be for an early flight. The bathroom is large and has a tub and shower. The room was okay, but there was water damage on the ceiling and it needed a new paint job. The lobby was dingy and unattractive as was the outside. The staff was fine.

The hotel was fine, clean and nice however I book this hotel hoping to have my transfers to airport-hotel-airport included and it wasn't, they seem to have a schedule for airport trasfers and only for a certain number of people so I ended up paying aditional 26 euros for a taxi!. It was not as it was describe or at least it should be mention in the description

I was on my honeymoon at the Silken Atlantida in Tenerife, Spain. The experience there was amazing so I decided to book another Silken in Madrid to spend the night there before our flight back to Chicago the next morning. The AC was broken and even though I called, no body fixed it. This morning when we were coming to the airport shuttle, the driver literally yelled at me, because the shuttle was at 8am and I had gotten there two minutes prior. He ended up not taking us and said he'd be back. When he was back from dropping off other guests, he said he couldn't take us anymore, so I had to end up paying €30 to get us to the airport. Horrible experience here.

Pretty nice hotel close to the airport. Staff is ok! Not really impressed with it. Unfortunately, it is far from the city, the closest train station is 20 mins walking distance. There's a bus that goes to downtown Madrid though.

Enjoyed our stay -- convenient for central Madrid and for the airport.

It was a great hotel in a great location. The staff was very friendly. The internet was kind of complicated.

No frills place to stay for a night in Madrid during transit.

Fantastic, just about perfect. It did not bother us really but the T.V. is not recent The receptionist was not smiling, may be a bad day for her. Besides these two things that did not bother us really, it was perfect

Beautiful hotel, in the more business district of Madrid, so there aren't a lot of things to see in the area, without taking a taxi (which is VERY expensive--our trip from the airport to the hotel was 28 Euros). Our first room had a cracked window and broken lamp shade, the staff moved us to another room, which was fine. Our wake-up call was 30 minutes late, which could have been a problem, as we were leaving for our morning flight. Fortunately, we woke up before the wake-up call. All in all, the hotel is nice, the staff was very nice.

Good service, got a better rate booking it here. Comfortable room

Very nice and big hotel room and very good service.

We were a family of 3 as tourist. The hotel is fine and best to the price paid. It is away from city but the bus station near to hotel can take to city centre with in 30 min. for 1 Euro and available frequently.I certently recommend this hotel.[...]

Really nice place and service. If you give more information to arriver there, I think that is perfect. The buffet is excellent and the people too.

Precio justo, limpio en buenas condiciones y con servicios de transporte

Our hotel is situated on the middle way from airport to city center. Apart of taxi, close to the hotel you can take a public bus that goes to the city center in about 30 minutes and it has a cost of 1.50€ per person and way.
