Hotel Pullman Madrid Airport & Feria

This is a really good hotel near the airport. Excellent facilities and staff are very friendly. Airport shuttle is provided. If you want to get to the city, the Metro line is a short walk away and you are in the center of the city in no time. Two swimming pools are very welcome during the heat of summer.

I stood last july because of business. The hotel Is located in the proximities of Madrid Airport and Campo de las Naciones, a busy company environment. The hotel is quite near the Metro station and big commuting roads. Very clean, pretty big and modern rooms. Staff so helpful and polite. Breakfast very complete and high-quality foods. Near the hotel is one of Madrid's biggest public parks where you can go running. There's also an small gym (not so well equipped). Swimming pool on summer, but not very big and so crowded, not good for swimming. Definitely I can recommend the hotel and very probably I will repeat in near future.

Room was quiet and very good receptionists but, bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast was your average hotel meal except for churros and peach juice. My child had an extra free small bed to go with the offer.

I've stayed at this hotel many times for business and I keep coming back. Nice and spacious rooms, superb breakfast and very good quality of the food in the restaurant/room service, and 24 h open gym (although the gym is pretty small).

We stayed at the Pullman on our last night in Spain and were very pleased. The hotel is upscale and modern and the rooms are large and well equipped. The service from the front desk was excellent. There is a metro stop a few minutes away if you want to go into the city. It is part of a large conference and business development, and so attracts a business clientele. It has a swimming pool and a very pleasant bar area. There is a shuttle service to take you to the airport and it was prompt and comfortable. I assume you could use the shuttle to go from the airport to the hotel, but we were unable to locate it at terminal 4. We ate in the restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised. It is quite a simple room in terms of decor, but the food was innovative and well prepared. If you don't want a late night in Madrid, you can eat at the Pullman with confidence. If you arrive at terminal 4, consider the Metro. The taxi ride was much longer than from the other terminals.

A very good airport hotel, relax atmosphere and a feeling of vacation. Nice and clean rooms, an outdoor swimming pool and spa, most obliging staff. A little far from the centre but convenient for the Conference Centre attendants. Metro near by. Breakfast buffet fair. For observant Jews - Kosher food can be ordered at the hotel.

I recently attended a scientific meeting at the Convention Center a block or two away from the Pullman hotel. I found this hotel very well located to make my walk to and from very convenient. The staff were friendly from the check-in to the check-out. Food was good, rooms were comfortable. In particular, the A/C worked well despite the high heat of the summer.

Stayed for 1 night, because I had a conference presentation at the IFEMA conference center which is 5 minutes walk away. This hotel is nice and comfortable, convenient for both airport and congress center. Even if name says so, hotel is not located right next to the airport, but a few kilometres drive away. Taxi from the Airport is 20 Euro and takes 15 minutes, there are also free hotel shuttles every ½ hr all day long. Metro leaves from close to the hotel, i.e. from metro station Campo de las Naciones. To go downtown to city center, just take metro #8 for 4 stops from Campo de las Naciones to Nuevos Ministerios, then change for train C3 or C4 at Nuevos Ministerios for one stop to Plaza Sol, then you are downtown. Takes about 25 minutes, a bit quicker than taxi, and costs only 2,50 or so. The hotel and its staff are very nice and kind. My morning flight was very early so I needed to take the 0600 shuttle which is just when the breakfast opens, but they serve me coffee and breakfast 10 minutes before normal opening time. The breakfast buffet is high standard with freshly squeezed juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt bar, etc. Rooms are large, there is a nice pool, etc. Turned out my morning flight was overbooked, and I returned to the hotel, after I already had checked out. I was immediately offered coffee, WIFI, baggage keeping, work station, adaptor for computer, etc., and big smiles for the rest of the day until my afternoon flight. I recommend this hotel.

I stayed in this hotels for four nights since I was attending a big meeting in Madrid in the Campo de las Naciones. I travel a lot and I have to say that I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was very professional and attentive, breakfast buffet good and rooms clean, spacious and with the amenities taht you need for a business trip...(i.e iron...)- The only draw back is that is far from the city center (15 minute ride) but there were plenty of taxis...I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel!

We were due to depart from Madrid airport for Heathrow on Saturday 27th May, when BA shut Heathrow. It was a connecting flight from the Canaries to get us home to the UK. We were unable to travel and left stranded at Madrid Airport for 8 hours waiting for news and new tickets to be issued. At 9pm we were told to organise our own accommodation for the night, in a town we had never visited, with very little language skills and only the internet to guide us on local hotels. The airline retained our suitcases so we also had no toiletries or clean clothes etc. After trying 14 hotels (yes 14!) The Pullman advised they could accommodate us and would advise the shuttle bus we required collection from the airport. From then on the whole day improved..... Enrique greeted us at reception with a smile and the understanding of a gentleman who had seen many weary travellers in his job. He advised he had upgraded us so we had cold soft drinks in the room, he gave us emergency toiletries (Razor, toothbrush etc) and asked what time we wanted to check out, he extended out check out so we didn't have to leave the room until the shuttle bus was ready to take us back to the airport the following day. The room was cool, clean large and the cosmetics in the bathroom met all our needs, even slippers to relax into after being on our feet for 8 hours. We didn't rise in time for breakfast, but we did have lunch and it was excellent value, fresh and 1 burger was enough to feed two of us. I am now trying to plan a mini break to Madrid, just to stay here under better circumstances, the Pullman really did save us from a night on an airport floor and we are very very grateful!
