Excellent location, just a few steps from the FIM.

the room was not very clean, but the hotel is very well located

Very limited restaurant choices around area. Nice hotel staff. Clean room. Good hotel to have if you want to take the train to city center.

We booked the hotel for an overnight stay prior to a morning flight from Madrid, and chose it because it was close to the airport, and the booking site had negotiated a low rate. This appears to be the hotel for a business stay, that is, when someone else is picking up the check. The restaurant prices were stunningly high. We were able to get a discount on the breakfast, at 13 rather than 19 Euros. An excellent buffet, with more than one could imagine for breakfast. Staff were very hospitable and helpful. I missed being able to walk the neighborhood to find a bakery or cafe, such as would be available at the nearby airport IBIS, which is where we'll stay next time we overnight prior to a Madrid flight.

We waited 25 minutes at the airport for the shuttle

Found the hotel convenient for early departure from Madrid. Room clean and comfortable and staff was helpful and professional. Dinner at the Patio Restaurant in hotel was fair with marginal service. Might consider hotel in the Barajas area where there are more restaurant options and still in the close proximity to the airport with shuttle.

Hotel was great for an airport hotel. It was very clean and has a great outdoor area with a pool which would be good for the summer. The staff was very friendly. They also have a free shuttle that runs to the airport. That was great. There is a great park across the street which was good because I was traveling with a young child and I was able to take him for a walk. Bad thing is it is in a business area so you have to walk pretty far to find food outside the hotel (the hotel food is very expensive). I had to walk about 10 minutes to find food (there is a gas station with a restaurant, McDonlds, and an El Corte Ingles. But overall I thought it was a perfect hotel for our one day layover in Madrid.
