the elevators are very small

They didn't give me the room shown in the photo, which was larger and had two windows. They gave me a small room with very small beds. And the elevator was too small, so my suitcases could barely fit.

Very good location, within a block of Gran Via and close to 3 metro stations. The street where it is located is relatively quiet compared to others near it, where you find plenty of commerce and dining. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful
