Great Stay, Great Location.

My wife and I were in Madrid for the last five days of a six week vacation through several European countries. Each of our hotels booked through Hotels.com were carefully researched and great weight was put on reviews. This was a nice apartment in a great neighborhood and close to everything we needed on our stay. Metro station four minute walk away, two grocery stores next to each other a block and a half away. We were within 10-15 minute walk to all the nice shopping area, beautiful downtown historical buildings and lovely parks and the best Tapas restaurant (Entre' Santos) in Madrid a block away. The unit we had was on the top floor (third floor). It was the perfect size for two and would have still been comfortable for a family of four. Fully equipped kitchen, dish washer, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, oven, microwave. Fully stocked utensils and cooking pots and pans. Lovely good sized balcony and sitting area off the living room and bedroom. Clean working bathroom and walk-in shower. Everything was clean and communication with the property management was top notch. Highly recommended if looking for a clean, comfy and safe accommodations in Madrid.

The apartment and neighborhood were nice, but the lack of a front desk was a huge downside. We couldn’t check in early, even though we arrived just one hour before check-in, and it was clear they’d only done a rushed cleaning. The elevator was a nightmare, stopping between floors so we had to haul bags up and down stairs, while housekeeping cluttered the hall with huge bags and equipment, making it hard to move. Worst of all, another unit’s alarm went off around 6 p.m. and, with no staff available after hours, it blared for over four hours into the night. Overall, a frustrating stay — I wouldn’t recommend it.

This place is an excellent deal for what you get. So nice to have a private terrace and a spacious bedroom with kitchen and bathroom. The sofa bed was actually very nice for our son. Everything was extremely clean and in excellent condition!! Will come back!

A wonderfully and tastefully renovated apartment. Able to walk everywhere but close to transport and uber. Delightful neighbourhood with ability to cook and also enjoy local cafes/restaurants. A branch of el corte Ingles nearby for shopping. Pick up some local fare nearby. And enjoy! Highly recommended

The property is well situated for exploring Madrid. It’s located on a semi quiet street. There are plenty of restaurants within meters and just off the Gran Via which is less than a 5 minute walk.

A wonderfully located service apartment in a safe area, very close to the city centre, subway and lots of restaurants. The apartments are well appointed with all the necessary appliances. The only issue is that the front door is unassuming and easy to miss.

Overall - Excellent!!!!

Amazing stay at this hotel. They think of everything and you can see this the moment you enter the unit. The staff are always available via a phone call 24/7 after office hours or via WhatsApp during office hours. Location was excellent and close to everything. Would definitely come back and stay here next time I am in Madrid!
