A cute cozy place to stay for a few days with kitchen, laundry, coffee setup. A couple blocks from the train station in Madrid to head towards city center or from the large main train station from connecting cities

We loved our stay, the apartment was a great value, not to far from the action at a moderate price. It was easy to move around there's public transportation but we preferred cabs. The room was clean and functional and has groceries, and restaurants close by.

Was not able to stay at this place. They did not email me check in instructions as promised so I had to call them. Check in was terrible. Website to take photo of passport didn't work, uploading passport didn't work, entering passport info manually didn't work. They wanted me to email my passport info to their support, but due to my frustration thus far I declined. And no refund. Would not recommend this place at all.

Worst stay. Delayed check-in

Was the worst stay of the trip! They did not send the check-in instructions although we made sure to inform them about our arrival time, we even made sure that expedia/hotels.com agent call them to confirm the time. They promised to reply but they didn't. When we arrived we had to stay almost 2 hours waiting, we had to use our international phone to call and had to pay for a roaming call to get the instructions as their whatsapp chat didn't recognise the reservation number. We asked for a late check-out which is the least they could do to compensate the wasted time but they refused!! We didn't have the chance to rest well. The area is not very good and we had to pay for parking.

Le logement est proche du métro 1 qui dessert les lieux importants du centre ville. Le quartier est vivant, on y trouve de multiples commerces. L’espace de vie est petit mais le logement est bien pensé et surtout bien équipé.
