Bad service and lying hotel customer service agent

We had reserved a room for two people with double bed, but without any prior notification we are told that there is no double bed rooms left. The receptionist promised that we will get back out money from one night due to this mistake, but after the trip they replied that they will not refund anything. Really ruined our vacation. First night we slept in separate rooms with dirty blankets. The rooms did not have private toilets or showers, but we had to use shared toilets and bathrooms. Horrible experience and can't recommend this hotel to anyone. The receptionists don't speak any English and either played stupid or didn't understand google translator well and the communication was horrible especially in a tricky situation which we had.

Decent Place to Stay, Decent Price

Walking distance to Carabanchal Metro Station ( do not get off at Villa Alegre, as what other website is saying. You'll end up walking few meters further if you take this metro stop). Clean, decent place for the price that you're paying. Very friendly staff (Victor and Anna). They even let me check in a little earlier after coming back and returning from a trip in Morroco.

Nuestra estancia no ha sido nada agradable ya que nada mas entrar nos pidieron dinero extra por cada mascota si avisar previmente. La habitacion era diminuta ni siquiera cabiamos dos personas habia que sacar las maletas para entrar nosotros. Nos dejaron medio rollo de papel higienico usado y un culito de jabon de un euro del mercadona para tres noches. El chico de la recepcion nunca estaba disponible, nos obligaban a avisar si ibamos a ir despues de las doce porque cerraban la puerta principal y venian a abrir con desgana e incluso a veces ni nos abrian y tenian que venir a abrirnos clientes del bar que tienen pegado. Personal nada amable un 0 en cara al publico, no se preocupan por fidelizar clientes o por cuidarlos para que vuelvan. No recomiendo en absoluto, MUY POCA PROFESIONALIDAD. CARISIMO PARA LO QUE ES. La ultima noche no podimos quedarnos, y tampoco nos hacia especial ilusion despues de lo visto y aun asi nos obligaron a pagar por las mascotas esa noche sabiendo que no nos ibamos a quedar de verdad que nefasto no volveremos ni locos.

Habitación funcional a buen precio, cerca de dos entradas de metro bien comunicado con el centro. La cama era muy cómoda y descansé muy bien. El personal muy amable en todo momento, facilitándome el acceso al llegar.

Lugar tranquilo, la habitación cómoda pero no excelente,tenía televisión pero no funcionaba, el ruido de las otras habitaciones se escuchaba, no tenía cortinas y solo tenía persianas las cuales al bajar quitaban la luz de día.

Me costó 20€ muy barato, esta bastante bien para lo que se podia pedir por ese precio, no es lo mejor del mundo claramente pero ha estado muy bien, no he tenido problemas durante mi estancia.

Se puede ir, pero como última opción.

La relación calidad-precio deja bastante que desear. A no ser que no quede nada libre por esa zona no me arriesgaría a volver a dormir en el mismo sitio. Lo tendría como última opción. por tema aparcamiento no hay problema, ya que había bastantes huecos justo en la puerta. la habitación NO TENÍA AIRE ACONDICIONADO. Si que había un ventilador que al menos movía el aire. Por suerte no hizo calor y dormimos a gusto. No había cortinas, solamente estaban los ganchos, por lo que tuvimos que bajar la persiana. La puerta de la habitación DEJABA MUCHO QUE DESEAR. Era de pomo redondo, y no podía cerrarse desde fuera con nada más que el simple pestillo. Por ello nunca dejábamos cosas de valor en la habitación siempre que estábamos fuera. La puerta tenía una rendija de casi 1 cm por donde se podía meter una tarjeta y abrir casi sin esfuerzo el pestillo. Me decepcionó como algo tan básico y barato como poner una cerradura en condiciones no se había cumplido. Solo tenía un pestillo por dentro de la habitación.

Fomos muito bem recepcionados pela Bárbara. O quarto estava muito limpo e organizado. O banheiro era pequeno e um pouco desconfortável. O café da manhã oferecido na hospedagem apesar de simples é gostoso. É possível estacionar o carro gratuitamente na rua do Hostal, mas é difícil achar vaga. Apesar de um pouco longe do centro de Madrid, tem estações de metrô e mercado próximos.
