I didn’t - hotels.com says that the hotel makes it impossible to change anything about the reservation even if I’m willing to pay extra; the hotel says it’s Expedia (ie hotels.com). Very poor experience and I was left out of pocket. I did not ask for a refund - I am aware it was non-refundable, but I have never come across this level of inflexibility

I stayed at the Barceló Imagine while attending an American football match at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. The hotel is somewhat secluded but conveniently located within a short walking distance of the train station, making it easy to get around without relying on Uber. Hotel and room was clean and staff was very accommodating.

This hotel was a great location to the stadium! Everything is pretty much walkable and the metro/subway is close by. The hotel has a music them which is amusing! The staff was very friendly and accomodating! The rooms are very spacious and immaculate! I would definetly recommend staying here!
