Recently stayed here for two nights on a visit to Madrid Although a little out of the city centre it is easy enough to get to on the metro and is a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station The hotel Is modern, very clean and well maintained , the staff were very friendly, I would happily recommend the hotel
Very nice rooms , very big TV you have San Lorenzo metro 500 m down the road. Good to stay for one night or two as there isn't much going on in the area. The only down side was that the hotel is suppose to be a none smoking hotel but everywhere u go it stinks of tobacco even in our room staff didn't seem interested either when I complained. When your a non smoker this is the worst possible thing!!
We stayed in this hotel as it was close to the place we were visiting. It is located about 750 Mts from the San Lorenzo Metro Station. Just like in another AC Hotel we stayed, a 2 bed room has them pushed together. The room itself was comfortable and good enough for two people and all the amenities were the same as the one in Toledo. It has a restaurant bar we did not use in the Lobby as well as a business center and some conference rooms available. The only catch is that other guests don't care about the noise and let their doors close without care and they make too much noise that may wake you up while sleeping. Other than that, it is a great place to stay.
The hotel is well situated , nice swjen you walk in , room is clean and nice , access to restaurant ok but attitude of the restaurant people not as positive as expected , rush is the word , you ask for an entry and a main meal ? You got both of them at the same time . The staff need to be more ..... commercial approach
First of all, the location: in the middle of a massive commercial area and bad looking buildings, along highways, not picturesque at all. I even wondered how safe this area is as the hotel is locked at night with huge metal gates... Second, on top of no view, my room was small/middle size, with very few equipments (not even a clock). Cleanliness borderline at best, floor is somehow dirty. The bathroom is super small but correct except cleanliness. Sound proofing was acceptable at least with outside but if people come along the corridor it sounded as if they were in my room... the door is nothing ! The restaurant is reasonably confortable with good Spanish food and kind service.
Clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, good food (recommend the local ham as starter or just as sharing tapa). Very close to airport so convenient for quick travel meetings. The bartender, Alvaro, was great and deserves a special mention.
This AC Hotel had a beautiful room for us. Giant TV and glass furniture in the bathroom. The front lobby is nice and staff were friendly. We got a parking spot out front and therefore got free parking.
Bit out of the city, but well communicated by metro and bus. It is a 4* hotel with everything you may need. It is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and with really high quality amenities in the room.
I have been using this hotel as an overnight stop for Madrid airport for several years as it is only a 10 minute drive from the terminal. It is a modern hotel - part of the Marriott group and rooms and is situated on the M40 ring road. There is an underground station a 15 minute walk away with connections to Central Madrid. Rooms are comfortable (although hot at times - there is powerful air conditioning however) and clean with a good fully equipped bathroom. The breakfast buffet is substantial and there is a limited evening menu served in the bar. At weekends you can get a good price package including room, wi-fi, breakfast and parking.
I stayed at this hotel because I had a one day layover from Barcelona before going back to Los Angeles. I used Marriott rewards points for my night. I chose this hotel because I had an early flight out of Barajas, and wanted to be close by. The hotel is close to the airport, but the taxi ride still cost 20€s which probably was the minimum fare from the airport. Logistically, there is nothing around the hotel that a tourist would want to see and the San Lorenzo Metro is a long walk. So using the metro to get into the city center from this hotel is not convenient. The hotel is located in a business park area (picture attached). At around 2:00, the bar/restaurant area is filled with professionals who work near by. Unless you need to be in the area for business, I would stay away from this location. The hotel is clean, modern, and the rooms are comfortable; however, the location is poor.
