Nice hotel - very comfortable room (pillows&mattress perfect for a deep sleep!) Bathroom clean and spacious. So many amenities , nice gesture :) love this ball soap! The breakfast buffet is amazing! Great quality, huge variety. Never disappointed by it!! The food at the bar is good but expensive for the small portion. During my stay the hotel had a big leak of water and they had to stop the water on some of the rooms but they were fast giving another room to use the shower Location is perfect for business and football game! And there is the metro station at the corner to reach the city center in few minutes

Modern looking and feeling hotel, but one gets the feeling you are intruding on the peace and quiet of the staff who would rather be somewhere else. Rooms are smallish but clean, the bed was firm with little bounce, mattress felt cheap, the room was warm but unable to control the temp although there was a nice looking temperature controller. Asked for an adapter to recharge my phone in room, it was like asking for a major room renovation. Needless to say, I didn't get it as my request was met with total indifference. Didn't get my wake up call, consequently late to work that morning. Overall this is not a happy experience hotel, you might stay here because you have to, but if you don't.. then don't.

I'll concede Madrid was busy this week with a big conference and the hotel was rammed. But the whole experience in this hotel is one of a big brand which fails to deliver an acceptable experience for business travellers. The basics are missed. There was no kettle or drinks facilities in my room beyond a minibar. By the second day a kettle was finally delivered to the room so I could make my own tea. But they didn't even bring a cup. When I got a cup, they took that away with the next room clean despite me cleaning it. The water I got from the mini bar and half finished was also removed! The in room tv choices were a load of old toss, unsuited to the hundreds of English speaking guests. The breakfast buffet was like prison slops with stale bread, competition for the coffee machine and eggs that were inedible. Room service stopped at midnight. This is Madrid! Things barely open until midnight!! When I asked for a cup of tea at 12.15am (no kettle you see) I was directed to a cafe over the road!! Check out was equally bonkers as despite the long queues, they couldn't figure out a whole bunch of card transactions and correlating receipts at the same time. Everything seemed like a huge stretch for the staff. And to top it all off, it's really quite expensive!

PRt of Marriott brand , surprised with little things like no kettle / tea/ coffee , and the tiniest ironing board with taped up wiring on the iron . Friendly staff , modern decor . Would expect a brand like Marriott to pay closer attention to details like ones mentioned above

Our bedroom was small but well laid out. It had good hanging space but minimum shelf space. There is small but adequate work space with sockets and a good desk lamp. Overall the lighting of the bedroom was poor, I dropped a pen on the floor and needed a torch to find it. The bathroom had a feeble shower over the bath. There is a safe and minibar with water soft drinks and beer but no spirits. There is a hairdryer but no tea or coffee making facilities. There is a Metro station close to the hotel entrance.

I stayed in this hotel for one night during a business trip in Madrid. The hotel is centrally located in a nice area. Very modern, the lobby and reception are nicely decorated. The room that I stayed was medium size, i can say that I expected a better one. I have to notice that it was VERY cold when i entered... very pleasant and kind staff in the reception which was clearly the strongest point of the hotel. Wifi is not free but you have to pay for it. Breakfast is not anything special but acceptable. Overall not a bad choice for Madrid

Spent a few nights at the AC Cuzco, and have to say the service, especially the welcome was outstanding - the staff couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant. Good sized bedroom, which was super clean. Wifi in room worked well (3 devices), and was useful that it didn't sign out each time your device went to sleep. The Ac Cuzco is located a stone throw away from Cuzco Metro line (which is on line 10), making getting into the city centre very easy. The hotel is located in the business district, but there are many cafes, bars and restaurants located close by (just not many shops). Just one negative ... The hotel is positioned directly by a very busy traffic junction. Personally would request a high floor - even on these floors, you can still hear some traffic noise, however it's bearable (but constant). Not hotel specific, however if travelling from the airport, its worth noting that the Metro line from the terminals is closed for an upgrade. If like me and traveling from terminal 1, you need to jump on the free bus to terminal 4. Then pick up an overground train to Chamartin, then transfer to the Metro to Cuzco.

I stayed here for a overnight business trip and I was very pleased. It was a stylish hotel, rooms very clean and comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. The front desk was very helpful and checkin/out was very easy. It is also in a great location. I can recommend AC Cuzco and book with confidence.

I try to stay at this hotel when in business in Madrid. It has great location (not too far away, not in the center) and I have always good experience. Great room/bed quality. Bathroom doesnt have a tub but I almost never use it anyway. I like the bar downstairs, you can have a drink and nice tapas.

We stayed here for three nights in a rear facing room on the 11th floor .The room was spotlessly clean, with a large comfortable double bed, seating area, desk mini bar and plenty of storage. The large bathroom was bright, spotlessly clean and with an excellent shower over the bath.Check in was quick and the staff efficient. There is a bar area for pre -dinner drinks, however we chose to eat in one of the many Restaurants close to the hotel. There is a buffet breakfast available for 22 Euros each but again we chose to eat out.The hotel is situated in the business section of Madrid, however,we found this not to be a problem as access to the Metro is practically on the doorstep. A 10 journey pass can be purchased for just over 12 Euros, making travel around the city easy. The Bernabeu Stadium is a 20 minutes walk away. The only disappointing aspect of our stay was the fact that there are no tea/coffee facilities in the standard room, and only free Wi-Fi in the lobby area. These are very minor points which would not deter us from staying again.
