I like things that make sense. Everything was practical and clean in this hotel. The bathroom had lots of places to store toiletries and the shower was great. There was lots of soap, shampoo, conditioner and of far better quality than in most places. There was even a toothbrush and toothpaste. Lots of space in the room which was laid out well as well. The breakfast was very very good with a wide selection of food. The hotel was outside the main tourist area which has advantages and disadvantages depending on what you want. There were lots of places to eat around the hotel and it is an 8 min. walk from the famous soccer stadium which we visited and it was well worth the price of the admission. My only complain in that the air conditioning was not on (it is November so this is fair enough) and that I could not open the window ... not a big deal unless, you suffer with night sweats. I would certainly go back to this hotel.

I spent a night at this hotel and was greatly pleased with the renovations to the rooms. They are fantastic. The are much more functional and useful to business travelers but also for vacationers. The hotel should be commended for such great improvements. Already located in a great neighborhood next to the Metro, this hotel offers great rooms at a great price.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and they are clean. The location would suite if you need to be at the business area of the city, it worked perfectly for me. It would take about 10-15 min. taxi / cabify to the city center and about an hour walk, I preferred walking. The gym is nice.

This Hotel is in a good location not right in the heart of town but very close to train station. Hotel is great standard, friendly staff and good food and drinks. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance

This place offers a great deal for the price. It is located in a strategic location within walking distance of one of the main streets in Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana) with access to the subway, taxis and buses. Really nice staff, and the common areas are nicely decorated. Lots of areas to have small business talks without need to rent a conference room. Take advantage of the Happy Hour. Good selection of wines by the glass to end your business day. Restaurants and places to have "Tapas" nearby. Shopping center and Santiago Bernabéu are close as well.

This hotel offers you amazing location. It's right in the middle of the financial district and you can walk to the world's biggest Zara store as well as Santiago Bernabeu too! It's just a 5-10 min walk to both. Also special mention to the service and to Carlos (I'm sorry if I got his name wrong) who works at the bar. He's always smiling and so efficient. Thank you very much.

The staff are very friendly and the food and service good. Self parking under the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and any problems addressed quickly and efficiently. Keep in mind that like most European Hotels there is no iron and ironing board in the room. You are not in City Center but close with taxis and the metro. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. You are 15 minutes to the airport in light traffic. 15 minutes to the IFEMA conference center.

1) Check in - Check out : Very smooth. The lady who checked me in was very kind enough to ask me my tourist interests in Madrid and suggest an itinerary. Also, gave some useful tips on using the public transportation system 2) Room - Room was small but clean and comfortable - as per the normal AC hotel standards 3) Breakfast - Service was good, breakfast quality was slightly better than other comparable hotels 4) Location - Cuzco metro station is right outside the hotel- very conveniently located 5) Gym - Well spaced, several treadmills and cross trainers, could keep more weights, although what they kept is very standard for AC Hotels Overall a very nice experience for me.

2 days spent here, starting a tour but we came a day early to acclimate. Reasonably priced, nice looking. The bed was fine. The bathroom was fine as well but not fully stocked. Not enough outlets and lots of sharp edges in the room to bump into. There was a water leak in the hallway outside the room with buckets both days. The breakfast was adequate but if not included in your room, absurdly overpriced at 22e.

We had a room for 2 nights in this location. The hotel had a very modern lol and feel. Our room was quite comfortable with 2 twin beds, but we would have preferred a queen. As we were on a group tour this is what we were given. They were comfortable. The bathroom had a nice shower and the shampoo, conditioner and soap were quite nice also. There was a small refrigerator, Tv's, small couch and table. The air conditioning was good and importantly was quiet. There is a great bar, and a restaurant. The location is about 20 minutes to city centre. Would stay here again.
