The house has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, it was renovated last year, with exquisite decoration. It has a warm decoration to feel at home. Fully equipped and furnished with TV, full kitchen ceramic hob- -has, a large wardrobe, heating and comfortable new memory foam measurements, plus 150 cm double sofa bed. It has free Wi-Fi and AR. Located in MADRID CENTRO in a quiet and safe residential area, 3 blocks from MADRID RIO park and well connected, it is easily accessible by public metro / bus (located on the same street) in just 10 minutes from downtown. 20 minutes from the airport by car.



Attention to guests

I will be available at all times. If you have any questions, just write to me and I will solve them right away. Upon arrival, if you are hungry, you can go to a nearby bar / restaurant that eats very well, I will tell you when you arrive. Neighborhood overview

The neighborhood is very QUIET, SAFE AND FAMILY. You have a tennis court and paddle tennis courts a few meters from the house, a gym, a municipal swimming pool and playgrounds as well as the Madrid Río 3 blocks away where there are shows, theater, exhibitions, you can practice sports such as running, cycling , walking, canoeing, etc. There is a delicious patisserie very close and several bars and restaurants of typical Galician and Spanish food very close and cheap.
