Bathroom in Room 306 was in bad shape. Sink had dark scratches near sink. Bathroom door frame peeling. Sink was so low it appeared to be for handicap person but room was not handicapped equipped. Hotel needs a major renovation.
I was on the top floor, it was raining and roof started to leak right in the bed. Called front office and ask them to move us in other room they never called back. Horrible service and experience

We've stayed here a couple times in the last couple years We like the suite arrangement even though the bedroom is small. The bathroom has a separate counter and mirror from the bathroom proper, which is handy for a couple. Beds are comfortable. The breakast is very basic during the week, but on game day weekends it is better. The hotel is showing its age, but is very clean and seems well-maintained. Heat/AC units don't rattle.
They need to upgrade and fix some repairs in the rooms for the price you pay per night

An older property that's been well maintained, but suffers from some deficiencies. No exhaust fan in bathroom, tissues under sink face where they're liable to get wet, etc. But the room was spacious. So.... Okay, but for the price, meh, not so great.
Liked the pool, hot tub, free breakfast and complimentary social evening with free drinks, snacks
The hotel was clean, inviting, it has a large lobby area where we enjoyed a nice happy hour. Our room was also large, and beautiful. Clean, with comfortable beds.

Unexpected room with a view when we happened to e staying during the Dane county fair! Directly next door to th fairgrounds, enjoyed the fair lights from the nice size room. Breakfast was ok, biggest complaint was their rush to close down breakfast despite not refilling items like milk or cereal half hour+ before breakfast was scheduled to end. Overall a great value for what we paid though. Kids enjoyed the pool.
Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were perfectly standard, nothing to wow you about but not horrible. Although small TVs are positioned oddly in the room... it would seem to make more sense to me to you’d mount it to the wall (one less piece of crappy hotel room “art” is a good thing) rather than put it on a swivel and place it at an odd angle to the bed. Rooms were clean but the lobby areas are in the middle of a renovation. Bathroom had some weird piping noises and when you turned the shower on the whole shower shook, so I’m not sure how old the pipes are. Breakfast was surprisingly large (and mostly reheated/from a bag) but perfect for the price of included. I’ve stayed in a lot of places and you could do way worse.
