For a small town like College mouse, the hotel was very good. Friendly staff and clean rooms made my stay. I’ll be back.
Property was generally clean, but needed some updating and TLC. Some minor repairs necessary. Chipped wall boards in elevator. Our room had old "Liquid Nails" still stuck to the outside of bathroom door where a mirror had been mounted and apparently removed. Back of door to our room still had a "Super 8" sign on it (apparently, the previous operator). Mattresses of both queen beds were well worn and provided minimal support. Wall corner guard in hallway was mounted with tape. Parking lot was cracked with some weeds growing through.

I asked the front desk to intervene when other guests were so loud that I could not sleep. There was banging, yelling, slamming of doors, and my own door was knocked on repeatedly by drunken and rude people nearby. The problem persisted through the night, which was ruined for me and the child I was traveling with for a birthday surprise. Not recommended for families, if this is where people go to party.
The check in staff was great. Our first room was dirty but we were immediately given another room. The hotel was advertised as newly remodeled but it just had new carpet. The rest needs to be updated. The price went up since the last time we stayed.
This property was hard to get to. Breakfast was not worth eating so we ate elsewhere. People were friendly

Great space for extended stay. If you have pets this location is awesome. Large outdoor area behind hotel for the dogs to run. Enjoyed the warm breakfast.

Hotel is well kept, off of a major highway, in close approximation to several restaurants and gas stations. Decent rooms, nothing spectacular. Super nice hotel staff. Nice pool, free wifi internet, great continental breakfast.
This was a good hotel. Pool was nice, rooms were nice, and pet friendly. Beds were comfy and showers were good.
we didn't stay in room long since we had a conference to go to, but it was clean and price was right.

We really appreciate your feedback, thanks for sharing your experience. We are sorry that you feel that way. We are remodeling in stages. All the furniture is done in July of 2019, all the mattress are done last year, all bath rooms and vanities are remodel this year. We are painting now and replacing all the chairs in the rooms and replacing all of the mirrors.

Thank you much for you feed back, We are really sorry that your stay did not go well. We tried our best to calm the incident but they where drunk, so we told them to calm down otherwise we will call and they calm down, we know that it was late. the guest. After that incident we set the policy that we will warn them twice to calm down and third time we will call police to handle incident. We do not have this kind of incident often, so we did not have any rule set up but now we do. Once again we are very sorry for the inconvenience.

We appreciate your feedback. We are really sorry that you felt this way, but our beds and Furniture were replaced last year in july. Our rates are same every year but some time you get good deal because you reserve online. We alway keep our rate consistent. Once again thank you for your feedback.

We are very sorry that you thought our property was hard to get too, though i am not sure what you mean because we are located right off hwy 151 by walgreens. Please feel free to give us a call if you ever have trouble locating anything in area and our front desk would be glad to help you.
