Conveniently located. The elevator was out of service, but we didn’t mind walking up to the third floor. We stayed one night; the hotel is close to the main street and the train station. The best part was the staff, he welcomed us in the train station and walked us to the hotel. No wi-fi.

Very good location only a few mins walk from the train station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Facility and the room was modern and clean; washroom was excellent with hot water for a shower. Breakfast was plentiful with good selection. Only minor issue is ventilation (I opened the window but some bugs flew in).

The room is dark. I asked them to wake me up by phone but they forgot. On the other hand, they accommodated to our needs - packing our breakfast and keep it in the fridge so that we can eat when we come back from the Machu Picchu tour. The staff is very kind.

Wow what an incredible hotel in Aguas Calientes. From the outside it’s quite unassuming, but inside, the room is spacious, modern and perfectly clean (basically spotless). So so clean! Simply incredible for the price. The gentlemen at the reception was so nice and helpful with everything I needed, and even carried my luggage up 5 floors.

Good location, very close to train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. You can tell they try very hard to help even if there’s a language barrier. Breakfast is of good quality and variety. Only complain I have is that the trains waiting idle in the station put their engine on. So in the morning around 9-10am, there’s a strong diesel smell.
