This cozy holiday home on the Costa Brava has a magnificent terrace and a wonderful private pool perfect for the whole family. It is only 12 kilometers from the beach and is the ideal place to spend a few quiet days away from the worries of everyday life. The house is distributed on one level and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and a comfortable living-dining room. Access to the house is via a ramp and 2 cars can park on the ground.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a sofa bed.

Beaucoup de problèmes Annonce litigieuse pour le nombre de chambre, il y a bien 8 couchages mais la 4ème chambre n'existe pas, il s'agit du salon où il y a 2 canapés (un le dossier moisi) Pas d'etat des lieux a l'arrivée Maison mal nettoyée, frigo 16°, lave-vaisselle en panne, piscine non nettoyée...etc... Et pour conclure cela fait 15 jours que nous attendons le retour de la caution malgré plusieurs messages nous indiquant le retour sous 48h de cette caution

Casa en perfectas condiciones y zona tranquila

La casa esta en perfectas condiciones, la zona es tranquila, piscina grande y todo muy cuidado. Por poner dos peros: La tele solo se ven canales franceses y la barbacoa un poco pequeña.

VILLA AGREABLE MAIS...

Villa bien située pour se rendre a Lloret ou Blanes. L'extérieur est comme sur les photos. La partie piscine (de belle dimension avec ses marches) avec son mobilier de jardin est très agréable. Dommage que l'accès à l'éclairage de la piscine soit sous clé est donc indisponible. Dans les 3 chambres (2 petites et une normale) la literie est inconfortable par la dimension (150) et par la qualité (ressorts). Quelques maisons proches ont des chiens qui aboient toute la journée et toute la nuit. Heureusement que la villa dispose du double vitrage. Pour le check-in et out c'est une agence....
