They were both incredibly professional, warm, and attentive throughout my stay, making sure everything was comfortable and seamless. Great hotel, easily the best in Angeles City. Rooms are spacious, and very clean throughout, like you’d expect from a Marriott property. The only downfall was the buffet restaurant. Highly overpriced for the quality of food, absolutely would not recommend. My wife and I went for dinner and the food was cold or stale, and we arrived only an hour into dinner service.

Exceptionally friendly and prompt service stands out. The hotel layout and architecture was well thought out and efficient - for example rarely had to wait more than 1 minute for an elevator to arrive (most were in the 5- 20 second range). Finished surfaces and furnishings are elegant. The in house restaurants and coffee bar are beyond compare. Great job!
