Five-minutes walk to place Valmy and its market, shops and transports (metro line D and buses), this beautiful 22 m² fully renovated and nicely decorated studio is situated on the 1st floor without elevator of a secured property.
The studio comes with a lovely living room with its fully equipped kitchenette to cook without effort during your stay. You will find a nice couch with an HD TV and a comfortable pull-out double bed for a maximum space gain. You will enjoy a large bathroom too with a nice shower and toilets.
We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, Nespresso, microwave...).
Sheets and towels are included.
Into the apartment, you will have access to the Traveller's Guide which contains all necessary information for a best stay (WIFI code, notices, restaurants we recommend...).
Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to the connected lock on the apartment's door. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.
If you are a group of travellers, we also run the 2-person studio le MUSIGNY situated on the 3rd stairs of the same building.
