We hebben een flinke som geld betaald, voor een huis dat niet goed was schoongemaakt en waar veel spullen oud, versleten en/of kapot waren, of ontbraken.Er was in meerdere kamers nog vies beddengoed aanwezig, er stond nog vieze afwas, de vloer was niet gedweild en onder de bedden lag nog stof. De keukeninventaris was gebrekkig. De afzuigkap was kapot. De bekleding van de bank in de woonkamer was aan het afbrokkelen, daarom lag er een (klein) kleed overheen. De hendel om mee door te trekken in de wc boven was kapot. In de wc beneden was geen prullenbak. Enzovoorts. De tuin en de serre waren niet echt te gebruiken vanwege veel muggen. Bij de voordeur zat een mierenkolonie. Er was door de vorige huurders gerookt in het huis en dat was nog goed te merken.
