In the city of Oullins (Metropolis of Lyon), this beautiful house is located in a quiet residential area, close to public transport (easily and quickly accessed from center of Lyon). Warm welcome assured from Fabienne and her husband. The house includes 2 furnished City Break accommodations for 4 people on top floor, with separate access (outdoor staircase, indoor staircase, hallway with library area leading to the 2 apartments). The furnished accommodations can be rented separately or jointly for a welcome of 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Breakfasts can be provided on request in shared living room with wood-burning stove (extra charge of 9€/person). Furnished apartment N°2 City Break 'Albizia' : small kitchen area, 2 double bedrooms (1 bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm single beds or double bed as required, dining area) (1 bedroom with two 80 x 200 cm single beds or double bed as required, lounge area, desk). Shower room including Wc. Cool/warm system in each room. Bed linen, towels and household linen supplied free. Final cleaning included in rent. Outdoors : shady paved terrace (shared with the other accommodation) with outdoor furniture. Owners' garden (enclosed, with trees and flowers) open to guests. Shared equipments available : bowls court, trampoline, toboggan, table tennis, swings, electric plancha, charcoal barbecue, deck chairs. From early April to late October, free access to swimming spa (2m x 4m) and 4-seaters jacuzzi between 9 am and 9 pm (2 consecutive hours maximum, ask owners ahead for use, internal health and safety rules are to be respected for the comfort of all users).
