Superb Hospitality

Our stay was everything we would have dreamed of for our anniversary: clean and beautiful, warm and friendly, extra personal touches , and over-the-top service. With a great pub serving lunch and supper within 2 min. walk and the Forest of Dean with its many beautiful trails nearby, we highly recommend this VRBO!

The house was great, very clean and everything we needed, found the noisy road a bit of an issue at night, had to close the secondary double glazing, prefer to have an open window. We do live in a very quiet village.

The Snug is in a good location to visit the Forest of Dean area and Wales. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and live on site. They have thoughtfully provided everything you need for a short break. It is well presented and although overlooking a main road is quiet and has parking at the rear.

The Perfect Snug

Superb property, great welcome. Just across the road from the birthday party we were attending, we were lucky to book it before any other members of our family! Highly recommended - good centre for exploring the beautiful countryside, with plenty of great farm shops for a coffee break. Hope to return.

Spacious Property for Two

This is a great property well located to explore the forest of Dean. Plenty of space for two. Bedroom and living area are huge, loads of storage space. We only spent a couple of nights but would work as a Long term let. 2 pubs in short walking distance, 12 mins to a medium sized Tesco

Good communication from hosts and parking is easy. The photo's of the property don't do it just as its bigger than it looks, ideal for 2 people. Good location and good friendly pub 2 minutes walk away with good food and drink.Would highly recommend and would stay again if in this area.
