This old house located on the heights in a hilly landscape, on the edge of a hamlet enjoys an exceptional view in a vast and quiet environment. Hills, near, woods, suitable for walks. Few vineyards in sight.

The refined and stylish house has:
• Entrance, living room with piano (harpsichord on request), office, kitchen and outbuildings, shower room and toilet, personal library available, all on one level on stone terrace surrounding the house.

• Upstairs:
5 bedrooms including 3 with patio doors on balcony: 2 bedrooms for couple, 2 bedrooms for single person, 1 bedroom with 2 beds boat.
3 bathrooms (shower) 2 toilets.

This house with thick walls and wooded environment retains a very pleasant temperature in warm periods. Large terraces under the lime trees at the various exhibitions welcome relaxation and meals.
