The house is built of wood, has a living space of approx. 110 m² and a terrace of 100 m². The property is located directly on the lake.
The lake front of the house is made of glass so that you can see the lake from almost anywhere in the house. Meld inside and outside and you always have the feeling of being outdoors.

There are three bedrooms upstairs. Two of the three bedrooms are connected to each other.

The floor is covered with maple parquet. If you leave the door or curtain open, you can wake up in the morning to the sun rising over the lake!
In the gallery in front of the bedrooms you can let your gaze wander over the lake and the landscape, read a book or simply enjoy nature.
On the ground floor is a spacious living, dining and cooking area (Poggenpohl kitchen, very quiet dishwasher) of 45 m² and a bathroom with a large shower, sauna and high quality equipment. The floor is made of natural stone with underfloor heating. You will find furniture and other furnishings designed by u. a. Isamu Noguchi, Le Corbusier, Philippe Starck, Charles & Ray Eames and Eva Solo.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Haus hübsch gestaltet.Dennoch sind wir der Meinung das eine Renovierung mal nicht schlecht wäre.Besonders die Holzmöbel und die Holzterrasse würden sich sicher darüber freuen.Was uns etwas gestört hat ist der muffige Geruch im Bad, auch wenn wir es gewohnt sind gut zu Lüften ,ging dieser nicht weg.Das Bad soll ja 2024 erneuert worden sein, sieht man dem Bad leider nicht an.Für kleine Kinder finden wir das Haus nicht geeignet, auch wenn die Treppe ein Gitter hat , denken wir das es im Obergeschoss sehr zum Klettern einlädt. Im Sommer sollte man sich auf sehr warme Räume einstellen, bei uns war es nicht zu heiß draußen dennoch waren die Räume trotz der Ratschläge ( die auch befolgt wurden) sehr aufgeheizt.Die eine oder andere Jalousie wäre da sicherlich angebracht.Oder die Fenster einfach mit Sonnenverglasung ausstatten.Der Hausmeister ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.Der Urlaub war insgesamt erholsam und unsere Bewertung soll nicht abwertend klingen sondern nur unsere Meinung darlegen. Es ist immer eine Ansichtssache wie man sich wohlfühlt.Zum Erholen und Abschalten ist der Ort ideal.

Schöne Lage direkt an der Müritz mit fantastischem Blick. Die Sauna haben wir gerne genutzt. Der Gastgeber war sehr netz und hilfsbereit. Aus meiner Sicht sollte mehr Insektenschutz angebracht werden, da bei Sonne viel gelüftet werden muss. Wir hatten daher einige Mücken im Haus. Die Müritz ist an dieser Stelle zum Baden für Kinder aufgrund des Untergrundes nur bedingt geeignet. Man sollte Badeschuhe dabei haben.

Da es zum Glück nur am ersten Tag heiß war, konnten wir den Urlaub imFerienhaus genießen.Die Lage ist sehr schön. Konnten die Vogelwelt von der Terrasse aus genießen. Fischadler bei der Fischjagd. Turmfalke war fast jeden Abend zu Besuch. Silber und Graureiher. Nicht zu vergessen die Gänse und Stare .Sehr positiv fanden wir das der Hausverwalter von sich aus an der Badestelle die gesamten Hinterlassenschaften der Gänze beseitigt hat und damit die Wiese nutzbar war.Allerdings ist das Haus bei Hitze bzw. starker Sonneneinstrahlung ein Backofen. Für den Mietpreis hätte man eine Klimaanlage und vollständige Verschattung der Glasfront erwarten können. Der Deckenventilator und der Hinweis zur Querlüftung sind ein Lacher.Es ist eigentlich Usus das Glashäuser eine Klimaanlage und Vollständige Verschattung aufweisen und nicht nur für das Erdgeschoss einen Vorhang besitzen.Ein neuer Grill wäre auch mal wieder angebracht.Abgesehen das er nicht gereinigt war, ist er an mehreren Stellen durchgerostet.Ein Fernseher im Wohnraum unten, der ansonsten stilvoll eingerichtet ist, wäre angebracht.Der Fernseher oben ist vollkommen ungemütlich.

Das Haus lebt von seiner wunderschönen, ruhigen Lage direkt an der Müritz. Die Natur von der Terrasse aus zu beobachten, war wunderbar.Durch die Glasfront zur Müritz hin ist es sehr schön hell mit herrlichem Ausblick, aber auch Ende Mai bei etwa 20 Grad Celcius Tageshöchsttemperatur trotz der empfohlenen Querlüftung sehr warm. Das Haus und auch das Schlafzimmer zur Seeseite heizen sich sehr auf, was nicht so angenehm war. Eine Möglichkeit zur Beschattung wäre hier schön.Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn das Haus innen eine Auffrischung erfahren und die Ausstattung teilweise erneuert werden könnte. Angeschlagene Kanten und ein zum Teil in die Jahr gekommenes Mobiliar empfanden wir als weniger schön.

Super Lage, tolles Haus

Die Lage direkt am See in absolut ruhiger Umgebung ist super. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und für 4 Personen groß genug. Supermärkte, Bäcker etc. liegen 6-8 km entfernt. Man braucht also mindestens ein Rad. Kommunikation und Absprachen mit dem Vermieter sind ebenfalls einfach und problemlos. Er steht für Rückfragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Insgesamt können wir das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit

Zum wiederholten Male waren wir Gast in diesem wunderbaren Haus, erstmals jedoch im Winter. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, um auch mal Tage mit schlechtem Wetter, ohne die Möglichkeit, die Außenanlagen nutzen zu können, angenehm zu verbringen. Die Ruhe ist für Grossstädter gerade zu unglaublich. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Röbel und dort findet man auch außerhalb der Saison alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter steht jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Ein wunderschönes Objekt!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch wenn das Haus zuerst etwas abgelegen erscheint, so hat man doch in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto alles erreicht, was man braucht. Ganz in der Nähe (100m) befindet sich ein Hotel mit einem guten Restaurant, falls mal nicht selbst gekocht werden soll. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind, wie beschrieben traumhaft.

Wirklich ein Traum!

Man muss nur einmal um kurz vor 4 morgens die Sonne auf der anderen Seite der Müritz aufgehen sehen, dann kommt man immer wieder! Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Wenn es mal etwas zu fragen gibt, ist der Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar. Erholung pur!

Das Haus hält was es verspricht! Die Aussicht ist grandios, die Veranda ist großzügig mit einem Baum mittendrin. Der See ist direkt vor der Haustür ist klar und recht lange auch flach. Es gibt zwei gute Musikanlagen im Haus, zwei liegen und einen großen Grill. Das einzige was gestört hat sind die mücken, in 2 Tagen habe ich über 20 Stiche gesammelt ab 18 Uhr konnte man nicht mehr draußen sitzen. In einem Schlafzimmer gab es kein mückennetz, da müsste nachgerüstet werden. Sonst alles top
