Wundervolle Zeit in wundervoller Villa

Es ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Check-In ist sehr einfach, genau wie der Check-Out. Die Villa bietet einfach alles was das Herz begehrt. Es ist ein wundervoller Ort zur Erholung. Wir waren mit Familie (2 Kinder) und einem weiteren Pärchen vor Ort. Die Villa ist groß genug, damit auch jeder Raum für sich hat. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Ferienhaus mit wundervollem Privatpool

Als Maria uns am Ankunftstag durch die Villa Olea führte, waren die 11 Stunden Anfahrt vergessen und wir konnten unser Glück kaum glauben. Hier stimmt einfach alles - wenn man Wert auf Privatsphäre und Ruhe in schöner Umgebung sucht. Wir haben jeden Tag hier in vollen Zügen genossen und den Pool und die Aussendusche mehrmals täglich genutzt - egal, ob es warm oder kühl war. Auch die Uhrzeit spielte keine Rolle, da der Pool abends beleuchtet werden kann. Ein Traum! 😍 Ebenfalls ein Highlight fanden wir, dass es drei Schlafzimmer mit Bad en Suite gibt. Endlich kein Stau mehr im Bad. Zudem gibt es noch eine Toilette, also wirklich ausreichend Möglichkeiten sich zB zu viert für den nächsten Ausflug fertig zu machen. Die beiden oberen SZ sind natürlich herrlich - toller Ausblick, separater Zugang zur oberen Terrasse und sogar ein exklusiver Zugang zur Poolebene. Das untere Schlafzimmer ist in der Tat etwas dunkel und die Aussicht steinig, ABER wir Eltern haben den Zwillingsdamen den Vortritt gelassen und unten geschlafen und es war kein Nachteil. Als es anfangs immer über 30 Grad hatte, waren die Fensterläden oben auch zu und die Aussicht daher gleich 😀. Noch kurz zu erwähnen: in jedem Schlafzimmer ist eine separate Klimaanlage verbaut. Dann gibt es noch eine in Relation zur Hausgrösse relativ kleine Küche. Allerdings mit einem riesigen Gasherd, einer Spülmaschine und sogar noch einem Zweiplatten-Iduktionsofen. Sehr schönes Haus in toller Umgebung mit schrecklicher Vermieterin

Das Haus ist ideal gelegen mit eigenem Pool. Kernproblem ist die vom Eigentümer beauftragte Vermieterin Maira R. Schon vor der Ankunft am Samstag wurde die Schlüsselübergabe nicht schriftlich fixiert sondern eine Übergabe des Schlüssels blieb bis zum Samstag offen. Stattdessen wurden wir vom Haus weggelotst. Da wir dennoch zum Haus gefahren waren, sahen wir, dass das Haus Überbucht/nicht gereinigt war . Stattdessen wurden wir in der ersten Nacht in einem Bed and Breakfast statt der Toskana Villa untergebracht. Hierfür wurden dann im Nachhinein fadenscheinige - nachweislich unwahre- immer wieder blumig wechselnde Gründe für angeführt. Beschwerden bei FeWo direkt wurden verzögert, eine Klärung, insbesondere eine finanzielle Kompensation in Aussicht gestellt, die bis heute nicht vollzogen wurde. Ich kann dieses Verhalten der Vermieterin nicht verstehen. Mit dem Vorenthalten der gebuchten und gezahlten Villa und Frage nach einer Kompensation der vielfach teureren Tagesmiete im Vergleich zum Bed und Breakfast hin wurden meine Familie mit schlimmsten italienischen Flüchen belegt. Nun ja. Das Haus ist schön die Eigentümer sind gut beraten eine andere Vermieterin zu organisieren. Auf die Kompensation von FeWo direkt warten wir bis heute.

Tuscany on its finest!!!

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Between extended excursions to Florence, Pisa, La Spezia or the beaches of Viareggio, we always found a quiet retreat here or even spent a whole day here without getting bored. Huge house with an amazing private garden and pool

Huge house with an amazing private garden, multiple terraces, and a great pool. The whole property is private, enclosed by natural fences and a gate that opens to let you drive in and park on the property. Located 10 minutes by car from Lucca center. I saw another review mentioning one of the three bedrooms having a high level of humidity. We experienced that too, but found out that the air conditioning unit has a "DRY" mode. We let that run throughout the night to keep the humidity at a manageable level. It worked well. In the two upper-level bedrooms, there were no issues with humidity at all. Maria is a great host, very service-minded and responsive. She even offered to take us to a local mechanic to fix our car! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Maria!

Great garden!!

We had a great time there! The garden and the pool are beautiful. In the outside you can feel really private, because the hole property is fenced in. Only one of the sleeping rooms is not as nice as the other two, it is dark and smells like an wet cellar.
