Love, Love, Love this place! As well as the two lovely ladies ( Ingrid and Marta) that make it even more special. They were always so kind and helpful. Having the delicious breakfast every morning was wonderful. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Our stay here was fantastic! The room was spacious, there was a jacuzzi shower and the Wi-Fi was great. Ingrid and team were really friendly and recommended a great place to eat on our first day. The location is brilliant - really safe, in the middle of lots of amazing restaurants and just off the main shopping street in Lucca, about a 15 minute walk from the train station.
