It is located on the ground floor of the apartment complex Strandvilla Lubmin, built in 1996. The apartment is comfortable and modern. Due to a pleasant high ceiling height and a large window front, as well as a spacious open plan living area, it has a certain loft character. Due to the south orientation, the apartment is very bright, looks inviting and friendly. On the terrace you can enjoy sunshine from morning to night. An associated free parking space is located directly next to the building (also entrance to the public paid parking). Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Eigentlich eine schöne Ferienwohnung …
Die Ferienwohnung ist eigentlich sehr schön, allerdings wurde die Freude schnell getrübt.
Schon beim Betreten blieb der sandige Fußboden in den Räumen nicht unbemerkt, selbst die Betten waren sandig. Auch an Wollmäusen mangelte es nicht. Schlimmer noch war das schmierige Geschirr in den Schränken. Zu guter letzt fanden wir auch noch Leergut von wann auch immer hinter den Couchkissen. Wir haben umgehend über diese Missstände informiert, leider bis heute ohne jegliche Reaktion - schade.
Aber für Leute die gerne im Urlaub putzen sehr zu empfehlen!

Objekt viel schöner als online inseriert. Einziger Kritikpunkt war das Geschirr in den Schränken. Wir mussten es vor Benutzung spühlen.

Schöne Wohnung, leider recht dreckig
An sich eine schöne Ferienwohnung in Top-Lage, aber bei genauerem Hinsehen leider sehr verschmutzt. Wollmäuse unter den Sofas und Betten , Spinnweben an den Fenstern und Gardinen und das Geschirr in der Küche haben wir vor Benutzung auch noch einmal abgespült. Vom Vormieter lag unter einem Bett noch ein kleines Heftchen, das man bei einfachem Saugen unter dem Bett definitiv gesehen hätte. Im Gästebuch lagen noch die Kurtaxen-Nachweise für den Vermieter der letzten 4 Monate, mit allen Daten (Name, Adresse, Reisezeit) der jeweiligen Mieter, was aus Datenschutzgründen nicht so von Vorteil ist.

das Appartement ist ausserordentlich empfehlenswert; die Verhandlungen mit den Betreuern ist angenehm, zusätzliche Wünsche werden, falls möglich erfüllt, die Wohnung ist angenehm, sauber und in ruhiger Lage. Wir (5 Erwachsene) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen
