The staff of both the inn and the restaurant are incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The location looks out over the bay and is serenely quiet day and night. The service is top-notch and the seafood as fresh as it gets.

Very relaxing location. Would stay there again. Great views.

Beds were fairly creaky and couldn’t get away from the smell of fish, but that’s to be expected on the waterfront. Had everything we needed, perfectly content. Would visit again.

We fell in love with The Inn on the Wharf. My husband was hesitant since there was no tv but he is now ready to go back & stay longer! So relaxing, clean & friendly staff from check in to check out & lunch & dinner. Love Love Love Lubec! We will be back!

Very small room. Photos and description made it look like it included kitchen, but kitchen is in another building!! Very small.no tv and we are trying to watch news n weather dye ti hurrucane. Deceiving phiti and descrioriin

Very friendly staff, terrific room with balcony overlooking the water, awesome restaurant - overall a great value!

My family and I recently stayed in "Seaview" at Inn at the Wharf. I was expecting two bedrooms & a bath, what we didn't expect was a full-on apartment with two bedrooms, two full baths, complete kitchen, dining table, living room, walk-through closet, large entry/sitting area and a deck with table and four chairs off the living room and master bedroom. The appliances were modern and in excellent working order. What a treat!! The view off the deck and living room of our unit was literally world-class - as though we were on a cruise ship. (All attached photos are from our deck or living room.) I have seen reviews complaining about how guests could hear everything through the walls. Our unit was at the end of the hall and only had one shared wall. It was plenty thick and we didn't hear a thing at any point. We ate one lunch, one dinner and one breakfast at the Inn's restaurant. Breakfast was excellent and clearly has a reputation for such with the locals (authentic Downeast accents a plus!) as the dining room was comfortably full in the morning. Lunch and dinner were fine, my personal favorite was the haddock chowder - it was chock full of haddock. The staff was friendly and accommodating. One downside was that more than half the items on the restaurant menu were unavailable; to the point where it was laughable to us and embarrassing for the server. They should either print what they do have on a fresh piece of paper each day or keep their kitchen more well-stocked.

We were charmed! The view was a knock out. Everything was new, coffeein the kitchen and lovely new bath. The restaurant next door was excellent for breakfast.
