Only one block from Tech Terrace park, which offers a great walking track. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need, as is the laundry room. This home includes off-street parking and a great backyard where you can play ping pong or enjoy dinner outside. Enjoy living like a local during your time in Lubbock!
