The map location is wrong. Its 2km further out

We stayed for 3 nights and on our return the first night the hotel was locked . Supposed to be 24 reception. No sign of anyone. We eventually gained access via the car park. In the 3 days we stayed housekeeping never came to our room. Water never replaced, towels not changed. However the worst part of staying here is the fact that it is not where it appears on the Hotels.com map but it actually around 2km further out of the centre of the old town. Had we known this we would never have booked 2 rooms for 3 nights here. Definitely would not stay again. Not happy Hotels.com
