Appartement correct mais de nombreuses petites choses Ă  revoir

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour correct mais l’appartement n’était plus aussi charmant que l’annonce et les commentaires prĂ©cĂ©dents le laissaient entendre.Or, la propriĂ©taire n’a pas rĂ©pondu Ă  nos messages qui lui indiquaient les problĂšmes.Par exemple :‱ il n’y avait que 3 fourchettes
 et nous Ă©tions 4 !‱ Les couchages sont vieillissants et inconfortables. Le lit 2 places est tellement difforme qu’il dĂ©borde du sommier. Les lits d’appoint commencent Ă  ĂȘtre dĂ©chirĂ©s et n’avaient pas le sur-matelas (pourtant notĂ© sur le livret d’accueil mais cette information manquĂ© sur l’annonce). L’un d’eux n’avait pas Ă©tĂ© aspirĂ© et notre fille aurait pu dormi dans les miettes qu’on a dĂ©couvert en le dĂ©pliant.‱ Il n’y avait pas le lave-linge disponible. (Pourtant proposĂ© sur l’annonce au moment de notre rĂ©servation)‱ On ne nous a fourni qu’un seul torchon pour la vaisselle et mains et il manquait peut-ĂȘtre 2 grandes serviettes (pour 4) ‱ il y avait de nombreuses toiles d’araignĂ©e y compris dans la salle de bain dans l’étagĂšre au dessus du lavabo. L’appartement Ă©tait globalement propre.‱ l’eau chaude est inversĂ©e sur tout les points d’eau avec un risque de se brĂ»ler.‱ et d’autres choses encore
Nous retenons que l’appartement est trĂšs bien placĂ© et qu’il est fonctionnel mais nous ne pouvons pas ĂȘtre aussi Ă©logieux que les commentaires qui nous ont encouragĂ©s Ă  le rĂ©server. D’autant que la propriĂ©taire n’a malheureusement jamais rĂ©pondu Ă  nos messages aprĂšs notre installation.

Fonctionnel

Appartement fonctionnel, lumineux et trÚs bien équipé. Beaucoup de couchages. Situé en centre ville, il y a tout type de commerces autour. Vraiment tout. Nous avons juste eu à poser nos valises sans se tracasser.
