Fantástico valor. WiFi gratis, deportes Sky gratis y películas Sky gratis. Esta es una casa de ciudad moderna, de reciente construcción, con 4 dormitorios y 4 baños, con suelos de mármol y madera en una ubicación ideal en Vilamoura.
Tenemos una cuna para bebés y podemos agregar una cama inflable al dormitorio con dos camas individuales para acomodar a 3 personas. Así que podemos atender hasta 9 personas más un bebé en la aplicación.

Está amueblado a un nivel extremadamente alto y dispone de aire acondicionado. Si no desea alquilar un automóvil, tenemos una parada de autobús local justo enfrente de nuestra casa y una parada lo lleva a la playa de Marina y Falesia. Hay un horario en la casa. Wi-Fi disponible y gratuito.
Tenemos SKY + TV que incluye todas las películas de SKY y SKY Sports y un sistema de TV por Internet con CADA canal.
Tiene un patio para barbacoa / comedor con vista a la gran piscina de 15 m por 6 m, que está a solo 5 pasos de la casa. La cocina está equipada con accesorios Bosche y es un placer cocinarla.
Sólo 900 yardas a 3 de los clubes de golf (Laguna, Millenium y Victoria) y a 4 minutos en automóvil del área del puerto deportivo y las playas. Ofrece vistas al campo de golf Millenium y al mar. Se adapta a los golfistas y familias por igual.
La entrada lo lleva a la gran área de comedor de planta abierta con una mesa de comedor de madera maciza con 8 asientos de cuero, y una gran área de estar con 3 asientos de cuero nuevos, 2 plazas y un sillón grande. TV LCD grande con reproductor de DVD y TV SKY completa.
Piscina: la piscina es grande, de 15 m por 6 m, y aunque la comparten con otros residentes, rara vez la utilizan. La mayoría de nuestros vecinos viven allí y dan por sentado la piscina o usan sus casas como casas de vacaciones. Tenemos camas solares dedicadas para su uso personal, además de que puede usar otras dos de las camas comunes. Como nuestra Villa se encuentra al final del complejo, solo tienes un vecino. También tiene un gran espacio directamente en frente y como la piscina está a solo 5 pasos de la terraza de la Villa, es fácil bucear dentro y fuera sin correr demasiado.

We have had a fantastic family holiday at Alfie's incredible villa. The home is very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We all loved the pool area and were within easy reach of great restaurants and amenities.Communication with Alfie was excellent and we really appreciated his specific recommendations. In short, it's a great place to stay in a beautiful spot on the Algarve.

Fantastic location with stunning views all around. Alfie the host has been incredibly helpful throughout our whole stay. The pool area is very clean and family friendly. We would most definitely return to Villamoura.

We travelled for a family wedding and spent a great week here,apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed in an excellent location,4 min drive to vilamoura Marina,great supermarket within 2 minute walk with absolutely everything you need for your stay.bedrooms are spacious all with air conditioning and pool area had loads of space and loungers for sunbathing.Barbeque is available and we spent a few nights outdoor eating we had a fantastic family holiday and would not hesitate to book again.Alfie was easily contacted and very responsive to any queries we had overall a fantastic time away

Beautiful property in great location. Unfortunately lost the hot water on the second of our 4 day stay . Host was proactive in getting it fixed but couldn’t be done in time before we left . Requested compensation for the inconvenience of 6 adults without hot water for 3 days as well as spotty internet. Host agreed and did offer compensation.

Top Location, Top Host

Our trip to Alfies villa in August exceeded our expectations by miles. The location is fantastic with Villamoura Marina a short taxi ride away and a shopping centre a short walk. We stayed for 4 weeks and used Uers for everything, so easy. Alfie is one of the best hosts we've stayed with, very responsive and accomadating to our needs. Would recommend Alfie and his villa for anyone looking for a relaxing, well connected and fun Algarve holiday.

Great Family Holiday

There were 7 of us staying at the property for a family holiday, and we all had a really great stay. The property is really spacious and the shared swimming pool is great (we had the pool to ourselves at some point every day we were there). Access to places does probably require a car for larger groups (there were bikes that could be rented just outside the house) but there was plenty to do within 15-30 minute trips. Would definitely recommend the listing as well as Alfie (the owner) who was really communicative and helpful from the start.

Property had everything we needed. Kitchen has everything you could need, nice large fridge freezer, all rooms are large. Pool and poolside very clean and tidy. Location is very convenient to town center and Marina 10mins (Uber). 28mins from Faro Airport Check in / Check out could not be easier. Thanks Alfie

Alfie's Villa

Kids still raving about our recent stay at Alfie's villa - it is absolutely fantastic - everything you could imagine needing is provided in villa - had the pool to ourselves most of the time - great terrace with ample loungers - super built in outdoor BBQ that we used while watching euros final - pingo dolce supermarket 5 minutes walk away and only 5 euros for Uber into Vilamoura - really couldn't rate this villa any higher and Alfie, the owner, could have been a better host

Fabulous apartment for the family!

Lovely spacious apartment, well looked after and very well equipped. Swimming pool off the apartment. Supermarket no more than 10 minutes walk away . Host very helpful. Uber, Bolt taxis reasonable priced. We were a family of 9 with two little ones, didn’t have a car used taxis. Vilamoura short taxi ride price varied between 4-5 €. Great family holiday!

Perfect family holiday

The property is perfectly located, very quiet and secure. The interior exceeded our expectations and the kids had the time of their life with the pool right outside the door. We enjoyed many dinners on the patio watching the sun go down. The villa is perfect for a family holiday. Alfie, the host, was so attentive. There was an issue with the dishwasher which he had fixed straight away. All in all it was a brilliant week away and we look forward to returning in 2023.

Family holiday

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.from arriving to going home easy and no hassle .Alfie the owner was fantastic from start to finish .Answered all queries very promptly.very communicative.And even phoned us up when we arrived at the villa .The villa is nice and big and with bedrooms with en-suites .lovely balcony in the master bedroom over looking to pool .very well equipped kitchen has everything and more .definitely home from home .will be booking again with Alfie if we come to Portugal again .many thanks for a lovely holiday .

Home from home

We had a lovely time staying at this villa. It really is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very spacious with plenty of room for everyone, we had 9 in our party. The area is quiet, perfect for the relaxing days around the pool. The supermarket is literally a 5 minute walk but there isn’t much else within the immediate vicinity. We had young children so ended up spending quite a bit of money on taxis back and forth to the marina and various other places (as needed two taxis each trip due to the size of our party). Alfie was always only a text or phone call away and gave plenty of information to make our holiday as smooth as possible.

Great property, spot on!

Myself and my family of 8 stayed in Alfie’s house last week and it was just perfect, the house was spacious even with 9 of us and the neighbourhood was quite and well situated - Villamoura Marina is about a 8/10 min drive away or if you like a walk about 35/40 mins. UBER is active in the area and only cost me around 4/5 euros to get home at night after a few drinks in the marina. Outside seating area and BBQ are great for a family get together and meals in at night with a local Supermarket just minutes away we opted for a drive to Lidl which is about 5/6k from the property. The Urbanización was quiet and we practically had the pool to ourselves or the week. Would definitely stay here again and I think Alfie has the price per week spot on! fantastic relaxing holiday

We recently stayed at the villa for 2 weeks and we had an absolutely fantastic holiday. I don't think the pictures do the villa justice its a lovely place and lots of room for 8 of us. The pool is shared but rarely was there other people in and think most I seen was 10 which included 5 of the kids in our group. Alfie is there to help you with anything and gave us useful info. The villa has full sky package including all films and sport which we found brilliant to occupy the children when the sun was it its hottest so we could keep them in the shade. The marina is about 10mins drive from the villa although if you there is a path where everyone seems to run. We would definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay Alfie

Vilamoura stay

We loved Alfie and Eileen’s property. It was roomy and well equipped for our needs. We were a party of 6 adults 4 of which aged between 18-23. There is a brand new supermarket just a few minutes walk away open 7 days a week which was a total godsend and open 7 days per week from 8am keeping the younger ones in treats and hydration! Approximately 50 minutes walk to the closest beach. The nearest restaurant was around 15-20 minutes walk away and a couple of others 25 minutes walk away. Having young adults with us and only these places to eat locally was quite restrictive and therefore we used Ubers to go to Albufeira and Vilamoura, which was £20/10 respectively each way. We had a couple of bbqs at the property due to lack of local restaurants which was nice to be able to do. The pool area was lovely and clean and mainly only us using it despite being shared with 5 other properties. If you’re into golf then there are several courses on the doorstep. Overall a great experience albeit a very quiet location.

A ( Luxurious) Home away from Home

We have just returned from a week staying at this Villa and honestly can say it was one of the most enjoyable holidays we have ever had. The service that Alfie provided from the day we made our first enquiry was way above and beyond the call of duty - the information pack provided prior to arrival for example( listing taxi numbers/ local restaurants etc) and a phone call on the morning we arrived to make sure everything was ok was very much appreciated. I think it has been mentioned previously but the photos on the website possible don't do the house justice, it is immaculate with 4 good sized bedrooms , 4 bathrooms and a huge living/ dining area, Air conditioning/ sky TV and Wifi was very much appreciated by young and old in our group. Externally the pool was rarely that busy and the 4 dedicated sun loungers were also a big bonus. Location wise its a few minutes drive to the nearest beach with 5-10 min to get to the marina ( allowing for traffic) we had a car to get out and about during the day and the local taxi that Alfie recommended provided an excellent service on the nights we went do to the Marina. I would definitely recommended this property for any friends or family thinking of visiting Vilamoura.

Fabulous villa with great outdoor space

Great villa, ideally placed at the end of a row of 6 villas. As some previous reviews stated, a car is advised. However there is a bus stop very near to get to marina, beach or Albufeira. We used taxis frequently for 6 people and the cost was between 8 and 10 Euros. There is an excellent path all the way to Marina or beach which takes about 45 minutes. Golf virtually on the doorstep. The decked area at bottom end of pool right outside villa was great and as the pool itself was generally quiet, we had this area all to ourselves . The outdoor area around pool was immaculately kept. Very well equipped kitchen if you like to cook for yourself on occasions. Great shower in the master bedroom. The information that Alfie sent before arrival was very informative and helpful. We went to 3 of the suggested restaurants and the food was excellent, particularly Julius restaurant. The lamb was amazing! We all had a lovely stay here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to others!

Wonderful!

We were a family of 6 staying at Alfie's house. Two adults and four teenagers. The three older teenagers took over the basement and myself, husband and 13 year old daughter took the first floor accommodation. Loads of space for us to spread out and three showers for us to use - great when we came back from the beach late and then off to dinner all within an hour of arriving back. Everywhere was all very clean and tidy. Pool area was clean and the kids had a great time with the pool as it was available to use until 11pm at night. Kitchen was well equipped which we used for four nights out of the seven. Plenty of sunbeds for our use and our teenage boys enjoyed the Sky Sports as the football season had just started and the wifi was essential for the teenagers! Alfie was very helpful and produced a very comprehensive guide to accessing the property, amenities, restaurant guide and taxi information which proved invaluable. Special thanks to Katrina for sorting out taxis for us at very short notice and speaking impeccable English! Alfie always responded very quickly and was helpful with car hire. We love Portugal as in August the heat is bearable with a wonderful breeze so is just right for us and what more could you ask for with blue skies everyday! This villa is about a 10 minute drive from the marina which was fine for us as we didn't want to have any noise at night. It is about a 45 minute walk which is a little far in the heat but we had a car and also used the taxis which cost 10 euros each way. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Thank you.

Maison Top

Superbe maison avec tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires. Très propre. Alfie est un hôte très gentil et qui ne manque pas de s’assurer que nous ne manquons de rien. Nous avions une petite fuite au niveau de notre vasque et Alfie a fait venir quelqu’un le jour même pour la réparer. Merci pour tout ! Laetitia

Great apartment in a great location.

Owner provided good recommendations on our stay which provided extremely helpful. Apartment was very modern, clean and functional. Swimming pool was perfect. Beach & harbour were a short taxi away. Overall a great apartment in a great location for my family.
