Luxurious Air-conditioned Apartment On Exclusive 5* Golf And Spa Resort


Luxurious and spacious ground floor, air-conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment set within the Sunset Villas area of the 5* Vila Sol Golf and Spa Resort. The resort offers a range of facilities including tennis courts, pools and top class restaurants. The 27 hole championship golf course and club house is only a few minutes stroll from the apartment and guests benefit from a discount on green fees. Vilamoura with its fabulous marina and extensive range of shops and restaurants is just 10 minutes drive away. Faro airport is a 25 minute drive away and beautiful beaches are within a few minutes drive. The apartment has a delightful south facing gated terrace with a built in BBQ, perfect for relaxing and alfresco dining. There is secure underground parking for 2 cars.

This property is a true multi-faceted gem! The apartment is beautiful, clean and has all the required amenities. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms well equipped, and the terrace is simply spectacular. The gardens and pool area are very nice and well maintained.The location could not be better: centrally located to allow easy access to explore all corners of the Algarve. It is located in Vila Sol, which has a lovely 'village' with 3 amazing restaurants and 2 superb coffee shop/restaurants...a 3 minute drive/15 minute walk away. The Pestana Vila Sol golf course is a fun, and surprisingly challenging 27 hole course literally beside the apartment complex. 2 grocery stores are nearby, and it is a 10 minute drive to the beaches of Quarteira.The host and property managers were very friendly and responsive to any questions/requests.We highly recommend this little slice of heaven!

We absolutely loved staying in this apartment. Perfect for a family of 4. The apartment was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor terrace which was nice and spacious with plenty of seating options to enjoy the sun or shade! The surrounding gardens are well maintained and the pool area easily accessible. Quarteria and Vilamoura Marina are just a short taxi journey away. Communication from the host Frank was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful ground floor apartment with a spacious terrace. The terrace has sun loungers and a shaded area with a table and chairs. The terrace provides access to the pool, only a few steps away, but is also very private. The beds are really comfortable and the ensuite has been renovated with a walk in shower, which is amazing.We had a lovely 7 day stay and I would highly recommend both the apartment and the host Frank, who was very responsive when I had a query.We will definitely be back again!

Perfect Cosy Family apartment in luxury resort

We had a wonderful time, the apartment was a real home from home- Thank you so much Frank! The apartment was spacious, well furnished, had plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking, a fabulous outdoor BBQ and very comfy beds-perfect for a restful family holiday! The patio is a great outdoor space. We used it non-stop. It has a large shaded area with table and chairs, a place to sit and read a book and even room for sun loungers and a hammock which our girls loved. The complex is beautifully maintained, and it always feels safe. The pool was ideal for our two girls who are 9 and 13 years old. Communication with Frank was excellent and we were given everything that we needed to check in and out easily. VilaSol is close to the airport, a short 20 min drive and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby. There are a couple of lovely cafe’s and restaurants on the resort, all reasonably priced and some friendly local restaurants within a 10 mins drive. There are lots of beautiful beaches, many in less to an 10-15 mins drive. We especially enjoyed Quinta do Lago beach, it is stunning! There are a couple of theme parks close by, Aquashow water park for older children and Zoomarine which is a family park and roughly 20-25 mins away. We would thoroughly recommend this property.

Family holiday Sunset Villas Vila Sol

We had a wonderful time - thanks for your hospitality Frank! The apartment was exactly as described and very clean and spacious. Easy 20 mins drive from the airport. My husband used Uber a few times, very reasonable and cheaper than local taxis (15Euro each way to Albufeira) Ground floor apartments in the complex have a large patio with slingers and shaded area for dining. We used the pool in the complex a few times and had no issue with available sun loungers even in peak season, and lots of grass to use to lay down towels if wanted. We visited lots of beautiful beaches, many in less to an 10-15 mins drive and the restaurants and cafe in the resorts were easily walkable if you don’t want to drive to Vilamoura (12 mins). We wouldn’t hesitate to return to Frank’s place again in future.

Perfect stay

This apartment didnt dissapoint. Everything you need for a home from home experience. It was lovely and spacious with a great outdoor space. The complex itself was also lovely with a great community spirit. The pool was ideal for having an infant and an 8 year old. Communication with Frank was excellent and the host Kevin was also contactable immedialty. We had a car which I would reccomend as the nearest shop is walking distance but a fair walk. Highly reccomend!

Fabulous Villa

The villa is excellent. Situated on a perfect complex/ estate it has lovely gardens and pool. The villa is equipped with everything you would need. Lots of towels were provided which was perefct as we used the pool and went to the beach. Shops, restaurants and beaches are all close by but you need a car. There are no shops within walking distance but again they are all about a 5min drive. The whole process of checking in and out of the villa was very easy. We had a lovely relaxing family holiday and would highly recommend.

Lovely Apartment

We love the Vila Sol resort and now we have found the perfect place to stay. Franks apartment is really lovely and a home from home with one of the best equipped kitchens we have seen. We spent our whole week just relaxing on the very comfortable patio furniture and occasionally popping for a dip in the pool to cool down. The patio area is quite secluded and private with just the right amount of shade as well as room to sit in the sun if preferred. The resort itself is beautiful and quiet with a couple of cafes, Oscars pub and the recently reopened Wild Fire Grill, which is well worth a visit for a special evening or two. Perfectly located not far from a supermarket, gorgeous beaches and the marina, you couldn't ask for more. Frank is a great, responsive and helpful owner and so are his property managers who take good care of the property which was immaculate when we arrived. We enjoyed it so much, we will be back later this year.

The apartment is in a lovely location and excellent condition. We hope to have the opportunity to stay there on many more holidays. Most importantly, the owner Frank is a pleasure to deal with. We had to cancel our initial booking as a result of COVID and Frank provided a full refund even though he was not required to. We were delighted to then be able to book it again.

From the minute I booked this house I knew I had made the right decision-fantastic communication from Frank- on arrival Richard was amazing and told us everything we needed to know. The house has more than any other rental property I’ve stayed in, definitely home from home! The outside area is just gorgeous. The pool area is lovely and very accommodating for children- the amenities on site were great too- we ate in the local pub, restaurant and coffee shop and was happy with each one ! A beautifully furnished apartment with everything you could possibly need for a family holiday

The minute we walked into the apartment we fell in love with it. It had that personal touch with everything you require for a comfortable self catering holiday. The decor was beautiful and the outside living space was well furnished just perfect for our needs. The Vila Sol golf course was a 2 minute walk as was the hotel. My husband and son golfed at the course 3 times and We ate at the golf course where the food and service was very good. We didn't have a car and walked to the hotel where the staff were more than happy to call you a cab. Vilamoura marina was a 10 minute taxi ride costing 10 euros. There were plenty of eating places and lovely bars at the marina and in the surrounding square. We used the shared swimming pool at the apartment block which had plenty sun loungers and was always quiet. There is a large supermarket a short drive /taxi ride away for all your food and drink. BBQ facilities at the apartment were fabulous with a built in BBQ on the terrace. We will definitely be returning to the apartment a true home from home with excellent service before during and after from Frank and the caretakers onsite. The Vila Sol resort is a perfect location with vilamoura marina , beaches and first class golf courses easily accessible.

Fantastic apartment, it had every mod con and home comfort myself & my family could have needed!

Myself and my family (including a 7 month old baby) stayed here in August 2016 and we couldn't find a fault. Beautiful apartment, every home comfort needed, comfortable beds, good showers, lovely complex. The owner Frank is a pleasure to deal with (and man, I can be an awkward customer!!). Lovely family orientated area, nice pool with shaded areas for little ones. Beautiful restaurants nearby and the kitchen in this apartment is fully equipped should you wish to eat in. No issues with car parking, very secure apartment. We had a fantastic time and hope to be back again! Thank you Frank & Family!

Perfect home away from home

I had an enjoyable almost three week golfing vacation here. The house presents itself very clean and has all comforts. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable and TV program list with all sports channels is very long. There are about 15 golf courses within 20 minutes of driving. I will definitely consider this apartment for future travel.
