A short walk to some fun neighborhood eateries and bars, and less than a mile to the popular Frankfort Ave., filled with great restaurants, coffee shops, bars and boutiques. This GREAT location is only a 15 minute drive to the EXPO Center, Churchill Downs and the airport, 10 minutes to downtown, and central to exploring the KY Bourbon Trail. It's a 5,084 square foot lot. It's been a top rated rental since 2019 with a 4.93 guest rating. Due to new ownership, the house is now listed as new.
