Clean and Convenient.

The facility was bright and inviting. Our room was clean and comfortable. We lost power in the middle of the night due to a terrible storm. No effort was made to let us know when it could be restored. When we checked in, we had to disturb the front desk clerk to help us. He was sitting outside on his phone.

I never made it to stay here here but when Expedia and Delta wouldn't help, the staff here went above and beyond, I was a basket case when i talked to Kelsey but she calmly talked me down, and took care of the unused booking in a matter of minutes. Every staff member I've talked to there was kind and helpful and it was extremely appreciated.
