Could have cleaner halls and more entrance signage

Rooms and hotel were clean, breakfast was ok, but need to have gluten free cereal. 2 mornings had to go out to eat. Staff was great except for one desk clerk.

Refrigerator in room did not work & breakfast was not that good. Everything else was fine.

We paid for a hotel that had a pool and workout room, which both were out of order! They ran out of coffee for our rooms, they had no forks for breakfast! I literally looked in the cabinets and found the coffee cups to restock! Had to tell them to refill the gravy. Our room was not very clean! The lampshades were absolutely filthy. The base of the toilet wasn’t clean! Which turned our stomachs! Our light between the bed didn’t work. I was told we would get a miltry discount and never received one!we will never stay at a Ramada Inn again! We paid for excellence and didn’t receive any! Our money was waisted!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff that checked us in was not very helpful. I know he was training a new employee, but he didn't tell us what our room number was or where our room was located. Free breakfast, which was a plus, but the staff didn't tell us when it started or ended. There was also no information book in the room to tell us about the TV or about anything. The new employee the check in staff was training was very friendly and talkative. He was able to give me some plastic utensil to use.

The indoor pool was fine but hot tub was broken. The host was just okay. Only drink machine in lobby but host didn’t have change. Only option available. Room was very clean. Housekeeping staff seemed to be excellent.

They had no reservation for me. I just drove 5 hours and needed to sleep. It was 2am. They said it was Orbitz fault and couldn't do anything about it. I told them I called just to make sure they knew I was going to be late, a lady assured me everything would be ok. They also was sold out of rooms so I had to go look elsewhere.

Was told roll out bed would be waiting in our room for to hotel 2 hrs after checkin and was told no more roll outs available was told couldn’t talk to a manager because they were fired. Toilet in main lobby overflowed and was never cleaned up just put wet floor sign on it. Breakfast was terrible orange juice was watered down!!! Would never recommend. Oh and was told bill would be over $30 more than what Orbitz quoted took an hr talking to them to get that right!!!

It was a very nice place to stay staff was excellent!!

We arrived late and hotel staff were very nice. Got to our room went to eat late supper right next door excellent food. Woke up in the morning with daylight and seen our room 222 bathroom toilet had black all around the top inside upper rim. Grossed us out how long that had not been cleaned. Breakfast very good. Let front desk know about bathroom. We would stay here again but check bathroom out first. It was a clean hotel except for the toilet.

Room condition/cleanliness poor. Staff were indifferent. Hotel was full and we had NO hot water at any time during our stay. Shower was ice-cold in the morning and staff basically shrugged their shoulders and claimed it wasn't their fault. Bed was fairly comfortable to start but tended toward lumpy by morning. With the crowd, the breakfast area was packed so we ended up at McDonald's Hall carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time (and we were at the end of hall in an area with low traffic). Rooms were old and outdated with stained carpeting. I witnessed the front desk person basically ignore someone who thought they had a reservation instead of checking to see if they were booked at the other Ramada in the area - a simple phone call might have saved them some problems but she simply went back to her computer screen. As I said, a last resort - end of a long day of travel through heavy rain.

The staff was friendly, beds COMFORTABLE hehehe, the pool awesome. and the hot tub great. When ever we do head back I would love to stay there again. Thank you It was awesome :)

The breakfast buffet was fine and the price for the motel was good. There was a restaurant in back of the motel which was good and reasonable in price.

The bed was comfy. There was some noise issue with the heater but we lived.

Room have no blankets on one bed, I went down to the desk to get some and was told they were in the dryer, gave my room number and was told he would call when they were dry..no call, so the kids slept under sheets and no blanket. The continental breakfast was not what I expected. No biscuits and gravy, not much fruit, one choice of juice...ended up driving to McDonalds for breakfast.

Arrived very late in evening after a long day on the road. Desk clerk made me feel very welcome, room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. Slight problem with cleaning crew missing my room the next day, but not a huge deal. Very good breakfast buffet and all staff was very pleasant. Would stay there again although it's not the closest hotel to my family. Love that it has always been a nonsmoking facility.

They had no reservation for me. I just drove 5 hours and needed to sleep. It was 2am. They said it was Orbitz fault and couldn't do anything about it. Thank you for taking the time for writing your review we use these as tools to improve the hotel and staff. I am sorry for your inconveniences of the hot tub being out the hotel is waiting on the new Salt Water equipment to be installed. The current pool hours are the winter hours since the pool is not used as much though the week.
