The hotel was nice and clean. I would suggest they put some non-slip mats in the bottom of the tub. One of our party slipped in the tub and fell. The breakfast was ok. It seemed like the options were very limited.

Check-in was a nightmare. I was given a room that was not ready when I went down to ask the gentleman at the front desk for room that was ready, he told me there were none available. People who checked in before me as well as after me all got rooms that were ready, he refused to do anything and told me I would just need to wait for housekeeping to finish cleaning my room. An hour and 15 minutes later the housekeeper finished cleaning my room, I do not fault the housekeeper for this; I do fault the front desk staff for not accommodating or being willing to work with me on the situation. For that the front desk staff gentleman I dealt with earns the one star review for the hotel.
The bed covers were dirty and the bathroom tub had stains on it. I did not get the room i paid for!
The manager on duty when we arrived, Chris, was very friendly and helpful. The first room he gave us had a fridge that didn't work, and we needed a fridge for that night. He kindly and quickly moved us across the hall to a larger room - with a working fridge - and that was great. The hotel itself was perfectly adequate for our one-night stay. Breakfast was great.
The property was clean, and quiet, and had several restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Was very upset that the hot tub was filled in with concrete and the pool is in need of repairs. Ask for ground floor in advance but was put on 3rd. Door keys didn’t work had to make another trip down to the front desk to get it programmed
Honestly there wasn't a single thing I liked about this place. We got 2 rooms at the end of the 3rd floor that weren't as clean as we like. They smelled weird and were out dated. The free wifi didn't reach our rooms the signal wasn't strong enough. The staff was not friendly and the breakfast area was a joke. Would not return.
