Definitely room for improvement. The shower was dirty, one of the beds had a stem/tiny twig in between the sheets and there were stray hairs on the bath towels. When we went to check out, there was no one at the front desk, but there was a man in the sitting area who said to throw the keys on the counter like he couldn’t be bothered with us. Highly unprofessional.

Hotel staff was incredibly friendly. The room was a bit run down, but that's probably to be expected. Very clean otherwise and comfortable beds.
Was encouraged to join the Comfort Inn points club. Was told I could get 1 free night if stayed for 2 nights. Said great, thought I was already a member but my phone # didn't show. So he encouraged me to join on the computer in lobby. So went to special comfort inn site and put all my personal info in and told me that there was someone similar to me and didn't take my info. Clerk told me to call 1-800 # . I did . Was a member he gave me my #. Then told me he couldn't find any of my stays, one from 3 -4 days previous to the current night. Told him i booked on Orbitz. He then told me none of those nights would qualify. Really??!! Told me I had no points from last November Thksgvg trip...because I booked thru Orbitz...Have 0 total points. Looked at promo and the fine print says have to call Comfort Inns #/or on web. Clerk at night and the different clerk in morning DID NOT KNOW THAT.....wasted 30-45 minutes of my time trying to get the promo so I could stay at one of your hotels for free the next night on the way home. Oh Well !!!!
Price was right for a quick overnight stay. Good breakfast, room wasn’t the cleanest. For what we paid no complaints
Hotel was in great condition overall. Room and linens were clean. Breakfast was very good. I'd stay there again and recommend it to anyone.
We were very pleased with a clean room, comfy bed, good towels, breakfast choices that included yogurt and fruits, for lighter fare. We shall look for Comfort Inns in the future.
pool was very small and water looked cloudy. Breakfast was complimentary but eggs were not tasteful and tables were not cleaned off.
The hotel was good. Clean, Comfortable, staff were nice. It really had nothing that would set it apart. But it was a perfect fit for the night.
I was too late to get "uber-close" to the Louisville Convention center for a large trade-show.... but instead found the quaint little city of La Grange to be a steal of deal both amenities-wise and for a good clean room. Would definitely stay here again.
