Terrrible!!!! As I was preparing to leave I noticed a bunch of ants all around the tv in the hotel room 220, and when I opened my box’s there was ants all on my pizza. I went and checked my bag and their was a few ants crawling in my bag… When I tried to notify the front desk, he keep twisting the story and scenarios to make it seem like it was my fault. This place ha an ant problem, and they know it.

Very strong smell like mildew. Bathroom floor and toilet were not properly clean. Breakfast okay but was not also up to standard expected from reading other reviews. It was bad enough that we left after the first night and had to pay for another hotel with no refund!

The room was very dirty, the bed was visibly dirty (hair in bed, stains on all bedding) not just first/fitted sheet, every layer! Clearly not cleaned. Bathroom tub was dirty. You really need to deep clean your room! Night desk brought sheets and they weren't any better.

Ants in our beds

Upon checking in we found ants in both beds. The AC wasn't working well so was very noisy. The room was across from the pool so the room was incredibly humid. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was acceptable.

It was a bad stay from the beginning! The first room they gave me smelled terrible like it hadn’t been stayed in for awhile . The TV didn’t work ! The refrigerator didn’t work ! The slam clock was unplugged and when I plugged it up it was loud static sound coming out from it that’s why it was unplugged. The second room they gave me smelled good but soon as I looked at the bed there was 2 staked spots on it with a long hair next to it ! Will never stay at that one Again and going to report it!

Closets were inadequate half height. Shower was spraying horizontal. Towels did not dry due to humidity in washroom. Asked for air conditioning to be fixed but still did not cool room all stay. Breakfast was good and friendly front desk staff. Not worth the money and will not recommend.

Needs cleaned

There were stains on the bed sheets & bad ones on the curtains. There was a coffee straw left on bed side table. Needs updated badly. Breakfast food was mediocre. Staff were friendly.
