Beautiful home with pool & home gym! Just 20 min to KY Derby!!
This home is a must see with a gorgeous outdoor living area including a TV and a swimming pool with a waterfall! You won't believe the home gym. It has everything you need, including a squat rack, free weights, and a peloton! The large master bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, and a closet you won't believe! The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and freestanding tub. There are two upstairs bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and one with a full bed. There is also a bonus room upstairs with its own full bathroom and king size air mattress available.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and an ironing board.
