small 3 story building, well kept tropical garden, qiuet area just outside of 'La Longera', 5 minutes walk to downtown where you find all stores, restaurants & pubs, banks, bakery, butcher & a shoe maker.
The 65 m² Apt. has a specious livingroom with dining area and open kitchen, bathroom with shower & bath tub, bedroom is a king size. Sunny 25m² terracce plus lawn area. The Apt. was renovated recently, furniture are new and accommodate the tropical invironment. Provided is Satellite TV & Radio, Cd-player & Cd's, books unfortunately only in german.The underground garage can be reached by staircase or elevator.
3 km distance to 'Playa Jardin', one of the most attractive beaches in the noth (fine black sand), designed by 'Cesar Manrique'.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben in dieser schönen und geräumigen Ferienwohnung zwölf Tage verbracht und sie als Basis für unsere Wanderungen im Teide- und Anaga-Gebirge genutzt . Alles, was man für einen 14-tägigen Aufenthalt braucht, ist da. Die Wohnung war tadellos sauber und begrüßte uns mit einem gefüllten Obstkorb samt einer Flasche Wasser - wunderbar. Die Terrasse bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Hang über Los Realejos und das Meer. Schön ist auch der freundliche und schnelle Kontakt zur Vermieterfamilie mit Tipps zur Anreise und Autovermietung. Fernsehen oder Radio haben wir nicht genutzt, aber hätten auch keine Bücher mitnehmen müssen- die Bibliothek ist sehr gut und vielseitig bestückt. Ein bisschen vermisst haben wir WLAN, das für die Planungen praktisch wäre. Fußläufig gibt es kleine Restaurants und Mini Supermärkte und von hier aus erreicht man sehr gut mittlere Städte wie Icod de los Vinos oder Puerto Cruz. Achtung: Die Fahrten ins Teide Gebirge sind vom Norden aus bisweilen ziemlich steil, da lohnt es sich beim Mietwagen, ein paar mehr Pferdestärken zu nehmen. Insgesamt können wir diese Ferienwohnung rundum empfehlen.

Schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung mit toller Terrasse

Wir hatten 10 schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung.Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber übergeben worden und wir wurden sehr freundlich mit einem Obstkorb und einer Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank empfangen. Die Küche und das Bad sind sehr gut ausgestattet und besonders genießen kann man die schöne Terrasse mit einem tollen Blick über Berge und Meer. Sehr angenehm war auch der PKW-Stellplatz in der vorhandenen Tiefgarage. Eigentlich wäre alles perfekt gewesen, wenn man die Liegen auf der Terrasse auch richtig hätte nutzen können. Es gab hierfür leider keine Auflagen.Die vorhandenen Auflagen waren maximal für einen Hochlehnstuhl geeignet.Schade! Desweiteren ist der in der Beschreibung der Wohnung als Besonderheit angegebene Whirlpool nicht vorhanden. Und leider gibt es auch kein WLAN, was heute ja eigentlich fast überall zum Standard gehört.

Es handelt sich um eine tolle Wohnung, die super ausgestattet und sauber ist. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Garage für unseren Leihwagen war auch super. Die Lage ist klasse, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem ÖPNV kann man auch prima nach Puerto Cruz fahren. Am Wasser entlang führt ein super Wanderweg.

Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, anscheinend neues Badezimmer, und auch die Küche läßt keine Wünsche offen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Terasse ist sehr schön.

Ein wirklich freundliches und zum Wohlfühlen einladendes Apartment. Alles ist sauber, ordentlich und freundlich eingerichtet. Auf der Terasse lässt es sich ruhig entspannen und der Blick aus´s Meer, lässt einen schon in der Früh aufjubeln.

Angenehme FeWo in Norden Teneriffas

Die Wohnung entsprach genau dem Online-Inserat. Sie ist hell, modern und freundlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Als sehr nette Geste des Vermieters empfanden wir die prall gefüllte Obstschale, die für uns zum Empfang bereit stand. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt, würden die Wohnung auch grundsätzlich jederzeit weiterempfehlen, jedoch nicht unbedingt in der Winterzeit, da sie nicht beheizbar ist. Dementsprechend kühl ist es morgens und abends. Gewünscht hätten wir uns einige Restaurant-Empfehlungen. Wir selbst können empfehlen La Finca (am Ort) und ein Restaurant in Las Aquas (Hafen).
