Really unimpressed with this place. First the sign out front says anthem not the name of the hotel so I drove in circles for 15 minutes trying to find a hotel with the name that I’d booked. Second, there was construction in the lobby so things were messy, covered with tarps and overall uninviting. Third. The ONLY parking is valet which cost $55. I never would have booked had i known parking was going to be half again as much as the room itself. So unbelievably rude. And since apparently $55 isn’t already enough of a rip off the actual charge to my card was for $60.50. What a scam. I would never stay here again and I’d encourage others to go elsewhere.

I liked how close it was to Intuit Dome, comfortable walking distance. However, the expectations I had for the property quickly diminshed when we were about to check in. A beautiful pool area was advertised but was not even complete and was closed during our stay. In addition, there was ongoing construction between the two buildings of rooms. The elevators were extremely small and the rooftop bar was not open during our stay either. Be ready for valet parking, only, at a check out price of $60.40 a night, at least that is what was on our invoice. Our waitress, Lindsey, was pleasant and helpful and was the highlight of our stay.

this was a great place to stay the hotel was very clean and nice inside. really close to a lot of fun places, about 30 min away from a lot of beaches and Disney land. staff was very kind and helpful. our room was nice but the walls were thin. you could hear noises all the time in the hallway and the construction going on outside. also not to mention valet parking was INSANELY expensive. $55 a night just to park 10 steps away from the front entrance that i could do myself?! how about no. i paid over $250 over all just to have my car parked here. they did not mention the price on their website and they did not mention a $500 deposit to stay. i was very upset not knowing that i was going to spend over $700 just for parking and deposit. good hotel wouldn’t recommend if you don’t want to pay a fortune.

The hotel is under construction. The pool is empty and we had planned to sit by the pool before our concert. There was not mention of the place being under construction. The place smelled of paint as well.

Ok for our needs

We were here for an overnight layover for a long haul international flight. This place is under massive construction. That said, it was completely fine for our one night, short stay—especially given the price. Front desk was friendly at check in and check out. I will say, I can’t imagine what professional designer would tile an interior corridor of a hotel. It is noisy with comings, goings, and luggage. Hopefully, this is something they remedy with the new construction.

Loved the convenience to Intuit Dome! Quite literally a 5 minute walk from my seats inside the stadium to the hotel room. Didn’t love that we had to valet cars ($60) and quite noisy due to renovation and thin walls. Overall a 8/10 experience. Great for a solo traveler or someone going to a concert at Intuit or game at Sofi!

Liked: reception staff, tech staff, restaurant staff, some valet staff were very nice and helpful, rooms were clean and updated, comfortable. Complaints: The valet was selective in whose car was brought directly to the front, and who had to walk to pick up their car. Well I had to walk to pick up my car. This doesn’t justify paying $55 for valet if I have to get my own car!!! I asked for a refund and they said no, it’s up to the valet discretion on whose care they bring to the front. Noise: I was woke. Up to jack hammers and excavators tearing up the concrete in the front. I was not aware there was construction until about 2 weeks prior to my stay. I booked in May. When I called the front desk to complain and ask for a refund of valet she said sorry some people have to pick up their cars. In my opinion don’t charge valet then! As I made a u-turn.. everyone was getting their car pulled up to the front! They also did not have my 2-bedroom suite that is listed on the website, they gave me two king rooms with a joint door.

very nice place for our little overnight stay. we saw Big Time Rush in concert and this hotel was right next to the Intuit Dome and it was a very nice room to come back to after a long night. clean, convenient, and cute. loved it.
