Really unimpressed with this place. First the sign out front says anthem not the name of the hotel so I drove in circles for 15 minutes trying to find a hotel with the name that I’d booked. Second, there was construction in the lobby so things were messy, covered with tarps and overall uninviting. Third. The ONLY parking is valet which cost $55. I never would have booked had i known parking was going to be half again as much as the room itself. So unbelievably rude. And since apparently $55 isn’t already enough of a rip off the actual charge to my card was for $60.50. What a scam. I would never stay here again and I’d encourage others to go elsewhere.

Love the hotel rooms are great and Love that it’s walkable to sofi stadium. Food and drinks are great. Only thing on game days Restaurant is really crowded you definitely have to make reservations if you want to get a seat. Stayed here 3 times and I will definitely be back.

We always stay at this hotel when going to a concert at one of the venues nearby. This is the only hotel in walkable distance. There was renovations going on but that didn't interfere with our stay. staff at check in/out and valet was great!

Don’t Stay Here There Are So Many Better Options

The staff was very rude and unpleasant. I called and requested early check in and they put me on a waiting list and then called me when it was ready. But of course, when I arrived to the hotel, all of sudden my room was no longer ready. Funny because the person in front of me got a room immediately, no issues whatsoever. When we went to use the restroom after, the staff then rudely remarked asking us if we still wanted to stay there and needed a room, which obviously we did as I payed for a damn room. They also failed to disclose the mandatory valet parking, and, get this: minimum of $55 for a sedan, if you have an suv or truck, they are going to go ahead and classify that as an “oversized vehicle” and you’ll have to pay minimum $110. And don’t worry, that is an additional fee to your room fee, parking is not included. For taking so long to “clean” and have the room ready, the bathroom was dirty, floors weren’t swept, and the tv console had not been wiped down. They also have a singular trash can in the entire room and it’s only in the bathroom. Don’t worry as well, they will start knocking on your door at 10:50am asking if you’re leaving. Check out isn’t until 11. Which is crazy because it took you so long for my room to be ready, considering you are essentially attempting to urge your residents out 10 minutes before check out. I recommend hiring staff that doesn’t hate their job and residents, fix your parking situation, and clean the mold out of the bathroom. Thanks.

This was our second time here. When we first checked in, the ladies at the front desk was sort of rude. They kept rushing us and just not very friendly. Last time the check in went good. Dont know what happened this time. Hotel room was nice as always. The weird thing was that there was no shower door, one of the employers said it was "the esthetic" lol. It was a good stay overall. Booked the room for a nearby concert. Thank you.
