The Bluffs is a 2 bed, 2 bath guest house located directly behind a single family home on a quiet street in the Windsor Hills neighborhood of LA. The unit itself has a full size kitchen with oven, stove top, large fridge and tons of storage. There’s also a washer / dryer in the unit along with 2 smart TVs. Each bedroom also has a bathroom so there’s ton’s of room for up to 4 people. The bluffs also has a private backyard area complete with fire pit, chairs and a beautiful view. Perfect for daytime or night.
Guests will enter through the driveway gate and have access to the entire guest house and backyard.

Windsor Hills is a quiet, upscale neighborhood located in the southern part of Los Angeles, located between Culver City and Ladera Heights.
Uber / Lyft or rental car is the best option
Please note there are two units on this property, The Bluffs & a main house in the front. Please do not go into or bother the people in the main house for any reason.
There is also street sweeping twice a week so while parking is free be aware of when street sweeping is and do not park during it.

First, let me say that Josh and Madison are the best co-hosts I have ever interacted with. During my stay, I had many (self-inflicted) issues, and they were always available to assist me. Kudos to you both!This property is a little hidden gem. It is impeccably decorated, well-appointed, and as comfortable as my home. It was surprisingly spacious and stocked with everything I needed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.I struggled a bit to check in because I arrived after dark. As I am not a California native, I didn't realize the house numbers were painted on the curb. I dragged my suitcase up and down the street until, in desperation, I called Madison for assistance. Perhaps you could add details to the description, such as the x-number of houses from the main road.The home thermostat was a bit tricky to operate, but again, Josh and Madison came to my rescue.I plan to visit LA often and will book this property whenever it is available.

Perfect Summer Bungalow
Great location, very clean inside, perfect size for our family of four. We loved the fire pit and the updated interior of the house. The only issue we had was that the A/C took a long time to cool the house, but we would definitely stay here again!

Bright and Comfortable
My husband and I had a great stay with our two dogs. The home is very bright due to many skylights and was plenty spacious for all of us. Nicely decorated and adequately appointed. Comfortable king bed if you like a firm mattress. Very private, quiet space even though it is close to a busy street and shares the lot with the main house. Location is convenient and neighborhood felt safe, but we were a little disappointed that there are not more amenities in walking distance. Easy check-in. Clear and efficient communication from host; very responsive to all inquiries.
