Aproximadamente 150 yardas de la amplia playa de arena de la bahía de Santa Mónica que se extiende desde Malibú hasta Palos Verdes. A poca distancia del centro de Manhattan Beach, restaurantes, tiendas, bares, playa, ciclovía, muelle y más.

La casa unifamiliar cuenta con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, sala de estar, estudio (terraza acristalada) con sofá cama queen, cocina y patios delanteros y traseros. El dormitorio principal tiene baño privado y vestidor. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama individual con cama nido. La cocina actualizada cuenta con electrodomésticos personalizados y encimeras de granito. Baños completamente nuevos, baño principal con duchas dobles. The beds are comfortable, the beach is so close, the garage parking for one car is perfect and the host is very nice and communicative. This is the 2nd time I've had family or friends stay here and it is a great spot and comfortable. Close to downtown and food. Both times, my guests said they would love to come back and rent it for their mom or friends or to visit us again. Great place, Great times, Great location

Wonderful house in a great location. Garage parking was an extra bonus. The owner thoughtfully leaves condiments and some personal care items to make the cottage so welcoming. Excellent outdoor space with endless ocean view.

We were three friends going to an SC football game, and combining it with a few lazy days at Manhattan Beach. We were met with super easy check-in, house being very nice and clean. Overall amazing stay! Important to note that there is not air conditioning other than 1 portable unit. We were uncomfortably warm as it was unusually hot while we were there. Hosts were gracious and communicative. The location is spectacular being close to the beach and town. Loved being there :)

Amazing Beach Weekend

Girls trip 2025

My best friend from high school and I decided to take a trip to celebrate our 50th birthday. The house was perfect! Morning coffee or evening wine on the patio with ocean view, sound of crashing waves and the neighbors pond with running water was so relaxing. Close walk to the store, restaurants and shopping. Steps to the beach. No vehicle needed. I will definitely use this property again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Oceans waves abound!

We had a great stay at this beach neighborhood bungalow. It’s not as big and fancy as some of the neighboring properties but it’s well appointed, clean, and cute and has a great location a few blocks up from the beach. Stay at this house if you want easy access to a quintessential classic manhattan beach home experience.

Lovely Manhattan Beach locale

We had a great stay in Manhattan Beach at this lovely home. Steps from the beach with a beautiful beach view. Very comfortable and clean. we stayed for 2 weeks and me and my husband both had adequate space and privacy when we were working. Loved walking into town and walking to the beach- seconds away from the strand. Jane was very helpful and responsive. We will be back!
