This home is ok… it does the trick. Good showers, plenty of beds & TVs, lots of space. However, it’s far from a “luxury property”. The host outsources support to someone outside of the US so the messaging and phone support was not helpful in the slightest. The home itself is in poor condition on the outside and inside has a lot of cosmetic damage. The kitchen smelled like cigarette smoke on arrival. The AC does not cool the downstairs well - everyone woke up in sweat every night downstairs. Upstairs, AC is very cold. The pool area is amazing but again - very run down. The property lists private parking for 4 vehicles - that’s incorrect. There’s a spot for 1 vehicle in the driveway and the rest is street parking (free and available). There are no cups in the kitchen, the massage chair in the bedroom didn’t work, and the railing to the pool was rotted out with exposed nails. Little things that could easily be upgraded to make this property better fit the description. We absolutely overpaid for this stay and if you’re expecting a luxury quality stay - this is not it. If you need a comfortable place for your group to crash for a couple of nights, this is fine.
