My unit is a 2-story loft with a private balcony for outdoor seating to enjoy the city views from the 17th floor. Private parking, a gym on Lv 3, a 17th FL heated pool & spa area includes an outdoor kitchen, BBQ area, fire pits, cabanas & stellar city views.

Valid Identification is required for any guest over 18.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Great views and close to the financial district!

We rented this apartment for my 21-year old son who was doing an internship over the summer in the financial district. He enjoyed his 2 month stay taking advantage of the awesome facilities in the building. It was just a short walk to the building where he was working which was super convenient. Sean was a great and attentive host that was very responsive. We would highly recommend staying here!
